- Now login by entering your Username and OTP received on your mobile number.
- After logging in, click on Lodge a Complaint and choose the entity (stockbroker, mutual fund, RA, IA, etc).
- Enter complaint details and upload supporting documents.
- Preview & Submit.
- Make sure you provide a quick reply to the SEBI response to get timely resolution to your complaint.
After submitting, monitor the complaint status by logging in to SCORES Portal regularly.
