5. Dispute & Resolution
We request that clients first raise any concern at [email protected] before approaching any external forum. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns within 3-5 business days.
This is not a restriction on any client’s legal rights – any client remains free to approach appropriate regulatory or legal authorities at any time
6. Legal Action for Misuse
We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases where complaints are filed with demonstrably false information and with the sole intent to cause harm, harassment or reputational damage – and where prior resolution opportunities were deliberately ignored.
This clause does not apply to genuine grievances filed in good faith.

We follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:

- Once you have made the payment, you MUST share all the proofs and documentation to us within 15 days of registering. If you fail to respond to our communications, the case will be closed automatically without any refunds in the future for that registration.
✅ Refund-Eligible Scenarios (Rare Cases)
Refunds may only be granted under:

Double payment for the same service (verified via transaction logs)
All refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
