Aseem Juneja is the founder of Fraud Free, a platform helping Indian investors identify, report, and recover losses from broker fraud, unregistered advisory schemes, and SEBI-regulated entity violations.

Aseem and his team have represented investors in 300+ arbitration cases against brokers, research analysts, and investment advisors. That casework is the foundation of every guide, checklist, and case study published on this site.

MarketPulse Research

MarketPulse Research: Pricing, Fee Cap and Red Flags

Not one individual pricing plan on MarketPulse Research’s website is sold on a full year basis. Every plan runs 7, 15, 30, or 90 days. That structure alone is worth pausing on before you look at a single price. Short duration plans feel lower commitment to a new client. Once you annualise what they actually […]

Groen Research Solutions LLP Reviews: 4 Accounts, Rs. 50,000 Lost and Pending Complaints

Five Google reviews describe the same sequence. Promising calls before payment. Silence after. Not one reviewer describes a random disappointing experience. Each account follows the same arc: initial calls that appear profitable, payment made, and then complete unresponsiveness from the firm. One reviewer lost Rs. 50,000. Another paid Rs. 30,000 for a package that produced

From a ₹2.2 Lakh Scam to a ₹1,00,000 Recovery: How Our Team Won the Case?

Pranav’s advisory relationship with a firm registered as a Research Analyst rested on a basic misrepresentation early on. He was told the markets operated twenty-four hours a day, a claim used to justify constant engagement and near-continuous trading pressure. This was not a minor exaggeration. Markets operate within defined hours, and a claim suggesting otherwise

Finclave Complaints: SEBI Data, Pricing, and How to File

Finclave complaints filed through SEBI’s official disclosure show a clean record on paper, five complaints received and five resolved in the most recent reporting year. That number alone is not the most useful thing on this page. Finclave’s own published pricing places its Yearly research plan at Rs 1,77,000, above SEBI’s Rs 1,51,000 annual fee

Finclave Review: Algo Trading, SEBI Registration And Red Flags

Finclave positions itself as an algo trading platform, and one detail in its own public record is worth understanding before you look at anything else. The brand describes itself as operating on over eight years of expertise, yet its formal SEBI registration took effect only in August 2025. That gap alone does not tell you

Complaint Against Livelong Wealth: How to Report Hariprasad K

If you have a complaint against Livelong Wealth, the first thing to know is that you are not filing against the company name. You are filing against an individual. Hariprasad K holds SEBI Research Analyst registration INH200009351 in his personal name, not in the name of Livelong Wealth or Livelong Technologies Private Limited. This distinction

Hariprasad K

Hariprasad K: Livelong Wealth Review And 4 Red Flags From His Own Pages

Hariprasad K holds a genuine SEBI Research Analyst registration and that is confirmed directly from the SEBI portal. The registration is perpetual and verifiable. What is equally worth reading is what his own website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and app store listing reveal about the business built around that registration. Four specific concerns appear in his own

Unauthorized Demat Loan Discovery: How Fraud Free Helped A Client Recover ₹65,000?

Bhaskar was introduced to a broker through a friend and opened a demat account with an initial deposit of ₹3,00,000. At the time of opening, he was assured a fixed monthly return of three percent, an annualised figure well beyond anything a genuine market-linked return could reliably promise. He paid ₹5,000 in account management fees,

Fraud Free Recovers ₹2.29 Lakhs After Investment Adviser Pushes Fake Second Profile

Gouranga was contacted by a representative of a firm registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, who described the company as an established, SEBI-approved player in financial advisory. A demo trade showing a small profit followed shortly after. He paid ₹3,000 as an initial registration fee. No disclosure document, no signed agreement, no risk profiling

Growth Vista Research Services Pvt Ltd Reviews: What The 4 Accounts Reported

Growth Vista Research Services Pvt Ltd reviews on Google carry a detail that a 4.5-star aggregate rating alone will not tell you. Four separate one-star reviews independently describe the same sequence: shown profit, pressure to buy a bigger package, then an account that stays in loss. A single review like this could be dismissed as
