Quick Summary
NSE has issued a caution notice naming a person called Zoya, who claims association with an entity called “Bull Titan.” The operation runs through a Facebook group called “Dabba Trading” and a website on the domain bulltiatans.world. NSE confirms Zoya holds no registration, and that a police complaint has already been lodged. The same domain appeared in an earlier NSE notice too, tied to a completely different name.
You’ve probably heard this advice before: check the person before you trust them with your money.
Here’s the twist nobody tells you. Sometimes it’s not the person who matters, it’s the address.
NSE’s notice, dated September 30, 2026, names a woman called Zoya, running something called “Bull Titan.”
But the website behind her? NSE has seen it before, under someone else’s name entirely.
That’s the part worth slowing down for.
Zoya, “Bull Titan,” and the Dabba Trading Facebook Group
NSE names Zoya, operating through mobile number 7024140982, claiming association with an entity called “Bull Titan.”

The notice lists a Facebook group named “Dabba Trading,” along with a website at bulltiatans.world/themes/premium/.
NSE says the operation provides dabba, or illegal, trading services to investors through these pages.
Reused Domain Name Links “Bull Titan” to Earlier Dabba Trading Operations
The website address here is worth a second look. Bulltiatans.world is not a new name in NSE’s notices.
An earlier notice named an app called “Bull Tiatans,” hosted on this same domain, tied to a completely different person.
Two different names. One shared domain underneath both of them.
That kind of overlap tends to show up when a single backend operation gets fronted by more than one face.
Our explainer on how dabba trading mechanism works covers how these setups are typically built and run.
Why a Facebook Group Called “Dabba Trading” Still Works?
Calling a group “Dabba Trading” outright seems like an odd choice for something illegal.
It isn’t careless. It filters for people who already know what dabba trading means and are looking for exactly that.
A vague, professional-sounding name draws in people who need convincing. A blunt name like this skips that step entirely.
Our coverage of why investors should avoid dabba trading looks at a real case where police found an entire dabba setup running out of an ordinary flat.
Police Complaint Lodged Against Zoya & Bull Titan Dabba Trading
NSE states plainly that a police complaint has been lodged in this matter.
This appears in the same part of the notice where NSE confirms Zoya holds no registration.
[Screenshot: NSE Press Release, page 1, para 2 — the lines confirming no registration and the police complaint]
The notice gives no case number or arrest details, so the confirmed fact is narrow: a complaint exists, and this has moved beyond a public warning alone.
Penalties Under SCRA and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
The legal exposure in this notice is specific, not vague.
Section 23(1) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act covers Sections 13, 16, 17 and 19.
Breaking any of them can mean imprisonment of up to ten years, a fine of up to ₹25 crore, or both.
Section 25 makes these cognizable offences, so state police can investigate them directly, without waiting on SEBI or NSE.
The notice also cites Sections 316, 318 and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, covering criminal breach of trust, cheating and criminal conspiracy.
Zoya and Bull Titan Are Not NSE Registered
NSE confirms that the person or entity running this page and its social media pages is not registered. That covers registration as a member, and as an Authorised Person of any registered exchange member.
None of the exchange’s usual safeguards sit behind Bull Titan or the bulltiatans.world website.
NSE points investors to its own “Know/Locate your Stock Broker” tool on nseindia.com, to check a broker’s real registration before trusting them with money.
Why Does the NSE Investor Protection Scheme Not Cover Bull Titan Platform?
The notice closes off the routes many investors assume exist.
NSE lists three things that will not be available for disputes tied to such prohibited schemes. Investor protection under the exchange’s jurisdiction is one.
The Exchange Dispute Resolution Mechanism and the Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism are the other two.
NSE adds that taking part in such platforms is at the investor’s own risk, cost, and consequences.
How to Report “Bull Titan” or the Bulltiatans.world Website?
Here’s the catch with reporting Zoya: no registration means SCORES has nobody to send your complaint to.
So skip that step entirely and go straight to SEBI by email instead, naming the operator yourself since no case number exists yet to attach it to.
Our guide on how to file complaint in SEBI walks through exactly what that email needs.
One thing before you send anything, though. Screenshot the Facebook group, the website, and your own registration and payment details, because once a page like this goes dark, that proof is the only record left.
And if your money has already moved out of your account, an email to SEBI alone won’t help you get it back fast enough.
SEBI can act against the operator, but it has no power to trace or freeze a bank transaction. That’s a job for the police and the banking system, not the regulator.
The faster route is the cyber crime portal, where your complaint can trigger a transaction trace and a possible freeze on the receiving account, something SEBI’s process was never built to do.
Conclusion
Names are cheap to change. A website address isn’t, which is exactly why bulltiatans.world is the real story here, not Zoya.
This same domain already showed up in an earlier NSE notice, back then fronted by an app called Bull Tiatans, run by someone else entirely.
Now it’s back, wearing “Bull Titan” and a new face.
So before you trust any trading page, don’t just check the name on it. Check where it actually leads, because that’s the part operators rarely bother rebuilding.
