Shreeji Research: INH000018267 Details, and Why Eight of Nine Pricing Plans Break the SEBI Rule

Shreeji Research

Quick Summary

Shreeji Research is a SEBI Research Analyst business, registration number INH000018267, run by Jatin Parekh out of Bengaluru since August 2024. SEBI allows a Research Analyst to charge at most ₹1,51,000 a year. Once you check every plan Shreeji Research actually sells, eight of the nine come out higher than that, some by three to four times. The firm also sells separate trading courses worth up to ₹3.4 lakh, and one of those course packages doesn’t even have a name listed against its price.

Jatin Parekh runs Shreeji Research, a SEBI Research Analyst business with registration number INH000018267, active since 6 August 2024.

The registration is real. What needs real attention is the pricing page, because almost every plan on it costs more per year than SEBI actually permits.

This page covers the registration, every plan checked against the SEBI limit, and the separate paid courses sold alongside the research service.

Shreeji Research Company

Shreeji Research offers stock, index, and commodity research from an office in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, delivered by SMS and phone, with WhatsApp support on some plans.

The site describes personalised strategies built around a client’s own financial goals, and lists an experienced team, clear communication, and continuous support as its main selling points.

Beyond research subscriptions, the firm also sells trading education under two separate programs: the Smart Trader Program and the Shakti Wealth Creation Course, priced well beyond what the research plans themselves cost.

The firm lists no pending material litigation, legal proceedings, or regulatory actions against it, its associates, or relatives, and states it has no associates at all.

None of this means anything wrong has happened.

If something does need reporting, the complaint data and independent reviews are covered in full on our Shreeji Research Reviews page.

Is Shreeji Research SEBI Registered?

Yes. INH000018267 is confirmed directly on the firm’s own disclosure page and independently on a separate Bengaluru research analyst listing.

An INH number means Research Analyst. He can publish research and give calls to many clients at once.

He can’t build advice around one person’s own money situation, place trades on anyone’s behalf, or manage anyone’s portfolio.

The firm’s disclosure document also notes that Jatin Parekh, or his associates, may hold financial interests or a stake of one percent or more in securities the firm recommends, disclosed monthly.

That’s a standard disclosure for this kind of registration, and it’s worth knowing that the person recommending a stock may also personally hold it.

Shreeji Research Pricing Details

This is the clearest problem on this page, so let’s go through every plan properly.

SEBI allows a Research Analyst to charge at most ₹1,51,000 a year, per client family.

What The Site Actually Charges

Segment Plan Billed Price
Stocks Basic Half-Yearly ₹75,119
Stocks Advance Half-Yearly ₹1,47,119
Stocks Ultra Half-Yearly ₹2,42,119
Index Basic Half-Yearly ₹85,119
Index Advance Half-Yearly ₹1,49,119
Index Ultra Half-Yearly ₹2,89,119
Commodity Advance Monthly ₹42,119
Commodity Advance Quarterly ₹80,119
Commodity Advance Half-Yearly ₹1,44,119

What Each One Actually Costs Across A Real Year

None of these prices are yearly. Half the plans are billed every six months, one is billed every month, and one is billed every quarter.

To check any of them against the SEBI limit, you have to work out what a full year would actually cost.

Plan Real Yearly Cost Against the ₹1,51,000 Limit
Stocks Basic ₹1,50,238 Under by ₹762
Stocks Advance ₹2,94,238 Over by ₹1,43,238
Stocks Ultra ₹4,84,238 Over by ₹3,33,238
Index Basic ₹1,70,238 Over by ₹19,238
Index Advance ₹2,98,238 Over by ₹1,47,238
Index Ultra ₹5,78,238 Over by ₹4,27,238
Commodity Advance, Monthly ₹5,05,428 Over by ₹3,54,428
Commodity Advance, Quarterly ₹3,20,476 Over by ₹1,69,476
Commodity Advance, Half-Yearly ₹2,88,238 Over by ₹1,37,238

Only one plan out of nine actually stays under the SEBI limit, Stocks Basic, and it clears the bar by just ₹762.

Every other plan breaks the rule, some by three to four times over.

Why This Is Easy To Miss

None of these plans are sold as yearly packages, so the sticker price on the page never shows you the real annual cost.

A half-yearly price that looks reasonable on its own can be well over double the SEBI limit once you actually pay for the second half of the year.

If you’re considering any plan here, work out the real 12-month cost yourself before signing up, and compare that number to ₹1,51,000 directly.

The pricing also isn’t consistent across the site.

The homepage and the dedicated pricing page show different figures for the same Stocks and Index plans, which means the numbers above should be reconfirmed against whichever page you’re actually being quoted from.

The plans also list risk ranges next to each option, figures like 15 to 20 percent, up to 10 percent, and 6 to 9 percent, without explaining what these percentages actually measure or how they were calculated.

Ask directly what basis these numbers are built on before treating them as a genuine risk assessment.

One protection applies no matter which plan you’re on.

If you stop early, you’re owed a fair partial refund for the time you didn’t use.

What Do Shreeji Research’s Paid Courses Cost, Separately From Research?

Beyond the research plans, Shreeji Research sells trading education through two programs, priced well beyond what a research subscription itself costs.

Smart Trader Program

Course Price
Market Mastery Course ₹33,300 + GST
Pro Trading Skills ₹71,300 + GST
Technical Analysis Bootcamp ₹1,10,000 + GST
Consistent Trader Blueprint ₹1,47,300 + GST

Shakti Wealth Creation Course

Package Price
Standard ₹1,47,300 + GST
Not named on the site ₹3,40,300 + GST

One of the two Shakti packages has a price listed with no name attached to it at all.

If you’re being offered this course, ask exactly what that ₹3,40,300 package actually includes before paying anything.

Course fees like these sit outside the SEBI research fee cap, since they’re sold as education rather than research recommendations.

That doesn’t mean the total amount you’d spend across research plus courses stops mattering.

Add up everything you’re actually paying for, research and courses together, before deciding whether the full relationship makes financial sense.

What Claims on Shreeji Research’s Website Require a Closer Look?

The site promotes pages titled “Shares To Buy Today” and “Top 10 Stocks to Buy Tomorrow,” language built around short-term trading urgency.

It also describes its calls as “Research & Result Based,” and promises “realistic investment strategies” for “financial success.”

A separate line claims “2k Positive Review,” without linking to where those reviews can actually be checked.

None of this amounts to a guaranteed-return promise.

It’s the kind of outcome-focused language worth reading with real caution, particularly alongside a pricing structure that already breaches the SEBI limit on almost every plan.

A prospective client reading only the marketing copy would have no way to know, from the site alone, that most of what’s being sold already costs more per year than SEBI actually permits.

How to File a Complaint Against Shreeji Research?

If your real yearly cost turns out higher than ₹1,51,000, or the pricing you were quoted doesn’t match what’s shown on the site, here’s how to take it further.

Work out your actual yearly total first, and write to Jatin Parekh directly at the RA’s email ID.

Ask him to confirm which pricing page reflects the correct, current fee.

Keep whatever answer you get in writing, since that becomes your evidence if the matter needs to go further.

If the issue still isn’t resolved, you can take the matter through these next steps.

  1. Submit your grievance through the SEBI SCORES complaint page. This provides a formal way to register the complaint and seek a response through the regulatory grievance mechanism.
  2. If the complaint remains unresolved, proceed through the SMART ODR registration platform. This provides a structured process for the parties to attempt conciliation and resolve the dispute.
  3. If the matter is still not settled, you can proceed with share market arbitration. This is a further formal dispute-resolution route, with the arbitration process resulting in a ruling that the parties are required to follow.

For the full process and a detailed explanation of each stage, read our guide on how to make a complaint against a SEBI-registered research analyst.

Conclusion

Jatin Parekh’s Shreeji Research holds a genuine SEBI registration, INH000018267, active since August 2024.

Its pricing needs serious attention. Eight of nine plans cost more per year than SEBI allows once you work out the real annual figure, and one plan misses the limit by only ₹762.

Two separate course programs, worth up to ₹3.4 lakh, are sold alongside the research service, with one package’s price shown against no name at all.

Before paying anything, work out your real yearly cost yourself, and get the exact price and package name confirmed in writing.
