Stock Kart: Shaifali Sharma’s Registration, and Why Only One of Four Pricing Plans Actually Follows the SEBI Rule

Stock Kart

Quick Summary

Stock Kart is run by Shaifali Sharma, a SEBI registered Research Analyst with number INH100009965, working since July 2022. Out of four services she sells, only the yearly plan stays under SEBI’s ₹1,51,000 yearly limit, and even that is close, just ₹1,000 under. Every other plan, monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly, costs more than the limit once you add up a full year. Her complaint records also show one entry from before her registration even started.

Shaifali Sharma runs Stock Kart, a SEBI Research Analyst business with registration number INH100009965, active since 19 July 2022.

The registration is real. What needs a closer look is her pricing page.

Most of her plans cost more per year than SEBI allows, once you do the simple math.

This page walks through her registration, her prices checked against the SEBI limit, her complaint history, and the bold claims on her website worth reading twice.

Stock Kart Review

Stock Kart offers research and buy or sell calls for four types of trading: Equity Cash, Equity Futures, Equity Options, and Index.

Equity Futures covers both buying and selling futures contracts. Equity Options covers Call and Put options.

The Index plan focuses on Nifty and Bank Nifty. Equity Cash is meant for short-term, same-day trading.

The site says it also covers intraday, positional, BTST, and commodity calls.

None of these show up anywhere on the actual pricing page, so there’s no way to know what they cost.

One thing worth mentioning in her favour: the site clearly names the exact bank account used to receive payment, Shaifali Sharma’s own current account with AU Bank, and warns clients never to pay into any individual or savings account instead.

It also says every real recommendation arrives by SMS carrying the header STKKRT, and nothing else.

None of this means anything wrong has happened. If something does cross a line, the steps to complain are further down this page.

Her site also lists no phone number for direct calls, only an email address and the SMS delivery system.

If you’re comparing her to other analysts, that’s one detail worth noting.

Stock Kart Prices, Checked Against the ₹1,51,000 SEBI Limit

This is the most important part of this page, so let’s go slowly.

SEBI says a Research Analyst can charge at most ₹1,51,000 a year, per client family, and this limit does not include GST.

What Stock Kart Actually Charges

Service Monthly Quarterly Half-Yearly Yearly
Equity Cash ₹26,000 ₹75,000 ₹1,05,000 ₹1,50,000
Equity Futures Not offered ₹75,000 ₹1,05,000 ₹1,50,000
Equity Options Not offered ₹75,000 ₹1,05,000 ₹1,50,000
Index Not offered ₹75,000 ₹1,05,000 ₹1,50,000

A Correction Worth Making Clearly

The research behind this page flagged the ₹1,50,000 yearly price as breaking the SEBI rule, because adding 18% GST brings it to ₹1,77,000.

But the SEBI limit is measured before GST is added, not after.

Checked the right way, ₹1,50,000 sits just ₹1,000 under the ₹1,51,000 limit. The yearly plan, on its own, is actually fine.

Real Problem Is Everywhere Else On The Stock Kart’s Page

Look at what happens when you add up a full year on any other cycle.

Plan What a Full Year Actually Costs Against the ₹1,51,000 Limit
Equity Cash, paid monthly ₹3,12,000 Over by ₹1,61,000
Any plan, paid quarterly ₹3,00,000 Over by ₹1,49,000
Any plan, paid half-yearly ₹2,10,000 Over by ₹59,000
Any plan, paid yearly ₹1,50,000 Under by ₹1,000

Only the yearly cycle stays under the SEBI limit. Paying monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly for the exact same service costs a lot more once you add it up over twelve months.

If you’re already a client on anything other than the yearly plan, work out your real yearly total and compare it to ₹1,51,000 yourself. Don’t assume the sticker price tells the whole story.

And if you’re thinking about joining now, ask directly why the shorter plans cost so much more per year than the yearly one.

There’s no explanation for that gap anywhere on the site.

One more thing worth knowing. If you stop the service early, you’re owed a fair partial refund for the time you didn’t use, no matter what plan you’re on.

What Do Shaifali Sharma’s Complaint Records Show?

Year Received Resolved Pending
2021-22 0 0 0
2022-23 1 0 1
2023-24 3 4 0
2024-25 2 2 0

Six complaints between 2022 and 2025, and every one ended up resolved.

The math inside this table actually lines up correctly, year to year, which is worth saying plainly since that isn’t true for every firm we look at on this site.

One Row Doesn’t Make Sense

The registration began in July 2022. The table includes a 2021-22 row, a full year before the registration even existed.

There’s no way a genuine complaint against this registration could date from before it was created, since the registration simply didn’t exist yet.

Worth asking the firm to explain that row directly.

The Most Recent Year Is Simply Missing

FY2025-26 has no row at all, even though the website’s own current complaint page, dated September 2026, shows zero complaints for that month.

The yearly summary just hasn’t caught up with the rest of the site yet.

What Big Claims Does the Stock Kart Website Make?

A few lines on the site are worth reading carefully rather than taking at face value.

The homepage headline reads “Minimum Risk, More Profit.” No research service can honestly promise both at once.

The site also says its strategies have the “highest percentage success rate” and are built to “assure client’s profitability.”

No stock market service can assure profit.

That’s simply not how markets work, and it’s worth being cautious of anyone who says otherwise, registered or not.

A client testimonial on the site says returns are “better than other analysts.”

That’s one person’s opinion, not proof, and it doesn’t tell you anything about what happens to the calls that didn’t work out.

The Equity Options page promises “good return with less trading investment.”

Equity Option, and Index with highlighted text under Equity Option promising good return with less trading investment.

Options are one of the riskier products in the market, so this kind of easy-money language deserves extra caution, not less.

What Do Shaifali Sharma’s Terms & Conditions Actually Say?

The terms say Stock Kart won’t be responsible for losses from things like technical failures, strikes, or even bad weather.

That’s a very wide net, wide enough to cover almost anything that could go wrong on their end.

They also say you use the site’s information entirely at your own risk.

To sign up, you’re asked for personal details including your father’s name, full address, phone number, and email.

The terms don’t say how long this information is kept, or exactly how it’s protected. Ask directly before you hand over that much personal data.

How To Complain About Stock Kart, in Simple Steps?

If your yearly cost looks higher than ₹1,51,000, or something else here doesn’t sit right, here’s how to take it further.

First, work out what you’ve actually paid over a full year on your plan, and write to Shaifali Sharma directly at the RA’s email ID.

Ask her to explain the gap in plain terms, and keep a copy of whatever she sends back.

If she doesn’t fix it, take it to SEBI next. You can file your complaint on the SEBI SCORES complaint page.

If that still doesn’t solve it, the next step is the SMART ODR registration platform, where a neutral person helps both sides reach an agreement.

If even that fails, your last step is arbitration in share market, which ends with a decision both sides must follow.

Conclusion

Shaifali Sharma’s registration, INH100009965, is genuine and has been active since 2022.

Her pricing needs a careful look. Only the yearly plan stays under the SEBI limit, and only by ₹1,000. Every shorter plan costs far more once you count a full year.

Her complaint table also has one row from before her registration began, and skips the most recent year entirely.

Before you pay anything, work out your real yearly cost yourself, and ask her to explain both gaps in her complaint records.
