Quick Summary
Tradenext Securities Limited is a Delhi company incorporated in 1995 and linked in exchange records to stockbroking and depository services. This article covers its company details, the registration numbers on record, an NSE notice from November 2022, a 2025 Delhi Police case against a director, and one user review. SEBI’s list showed no record for its broker registration number on 26 October 2026, and the article explains what that does and does not mean. Here is what the records say.
Opening a trading account takes minutes. Getting your money and shares back out is when most people find out how much they really know about their broker.
That question sits behind most searches for Tradenext Securities Limited, and the answers online do not agree.
Company data sites show one picture, an NSE notice and a police case show another, and one client’s review tells a third story.
This review lays the records side by side, with dates, so you can see what each source actually says.
Read it before you open an account, move funds, or file a complaint.
Tradenext Securities Limited Review
Most people meet this name on a form or a phone call, with nothing else to go on.
These basics come first, so the later records make sense.
Tradenext Securities Limited is an Indian securities market intermediary linked to stockbroking and depository services.
Its business profile has included equity trading, derivatives, currency and commodity segments, online trading, and demat-related services.
The company was incorporated on 15 May 1995.
It carries the Corporate Identification Number U74899DL1995PLC068523 and has appeared in corporate databases as an unlisted company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Its name also appears in official exchange and depository records.
Those records give stronger evidence of its market role than third-party broker review websites do.
Court records on tax reassessment proceedings say the company was formerly known as Lifeline Securities Limited.
Keep that name in mind, because older notices and cases may use it.

Has the Company Name Changed Since 2018?
A profile from 2018 can miss what came later, and a changed name is the easiest thing to miss.
Two data websites show a different name, which matters when you search records.
They list a CIN that matches the one above except for the letters PTC in place of PLC, under the name Tradenext Securities Private Limited.
They show financials for the year ended 31 March 2022 and a last AGM on 30 September 2022.
Neither site describes the change, and they list different registered addresses.
Check the current name, company class, and address on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs company master data before you rely on any single source.
This article keeps using Tradenext Securities Limited, the name used in the NSE notice and the Delhi Police release.
Is Tradenext Securities Limited SEBI Registered?
If you hold an account here or plan to open one, registration is the first thing worth checking.
Below are the numbers on record and what a recent SEBI search returned.
The research found the registration numbers below in earlier exchange and depository records.
Those records carry no date in the research, so treat them as past entries and not as today’s status.

It does not prove that SEBI currently authorises it to act as a broker.
What Does SEBI’s List Show Today?
An old record tells you what was true once, and a live search tells you what shows up now.
Here is the search run on the broker number from the table.
On 26 October 2026, a search for INZ000009530 in SEBI’s list of registered stock brokers in the equity segment returned the message “No record(s) available.”
That result means the number did not appear in that list on that date.
It does not automatically mean the firm trades without registration, because the reason cannot be determined from the list alone.
A registration can end, be surrendered, or be cancelled.
A company can also operate under a changed name or number, as the name check above suggests.
In November 2022, NSE described Tradenext Securities Limited as a registered trading member.
So the records show different statuses at different dates, and this article cannot say what happened in between.

What Did the 2018 CDSL Application Show?
A 2019 SEBI list also names the firm in connection with depository services, and it is easy to read too much into it.
Here is what the entry says and what it leaves open.
A SEBI list titled “Status of Registration Applications of Depository Participant (DP) as on February 28, 2019” shows TradeNext Securities Limited under Pending Approval.
It records an application received on 31 July 2018 for CDSL, with the status “Pending with Intermediary”.
That status means the application was waiting for action or compliance from the intermediary when SEBI published the list.
The excerpt does not say which requirements were outstanding.
The entry does not confirm whether the application was later approved, rejected, or withdrawn.
It also does not explain how it relates to the CDSL number IN-DP-229-2016 found in the earlier record.

Tradenext Securities Limited NSE Notice in November 2022
A public exchange notice mentions the firm’s name, and that line often gets repeated online without its context.
Here is what NSE wrote, and what it did not write.
On 16 November 2022, NSE cautioned investors against assured return schemes offered by two individuals.
NSE said they were operating proprietary bank accounts under the names Profit Axis PMS Services, Stox Gurukul and Tradenext Securities to collect money through a guaranteed return scheme.
NSE added that these entities were not registered as exchange members or as authorised persons of any registered member.
It said they were associated with the registered trading member Tradenext Securities Limited and its directors.
The exchange warned that assured or guaranteed returns in the stock market are prohibited by law.
It said that investors in such schemes would not get the exchange’s investor protection benefits, dispute resolution, or grievance redressal.
The notice does not say that Tradenext Securities Limited itself was unregistered.
It described the firm as a registered trading member at that time.
If you already paid into a scheme that promised fixed or guaranteed returns, keep your payment proof and the details of the account you paid.
They will matter in any complaint.

Legal Cases and Records Linked to Tradenext Securities Limited
Legal records with a company’s name on them are easy to lump together.
They are separate matters at different stages, so take each one on its own before you form a view.
1. Delhi Police Loan Fraud Case Involving a Director
The newest matter is a police case from 2025. It concerns a loan taken from a lender and names a director of the company.
On 2 March 2025, the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police arrested a director of Tradenext Securities Limited.
The arrest relates to an alleged ₹5.05 crore loan fraud involving the non-banking lender Indiabulls, which filed the complaint.
Police said the director and a co-borrower obtained the loan against a property in Preet Vihar, Delhi, by representing that it was free from encumbrances.
Investigators said five flats in the property had reportedly been sold to Indian Overseas Bank in 2005, and police said this was concealed when the loan was taken.
Police also said about ₹1.7 crore of the loan went to personal use, although the borrower took it as a director of Tradenext Securities Limited.
The borrowers reportedly defaulted on EMI payments.
The case carries FIR No. 79/2020, registered on 5 August 2020 under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the IPC.
The investigation was ongoing when police announced the arrest.
These are police allegations. An arrest does not amount to a finding of guilt, and this article does not know how the case ended.
As police describe it, the matter concerns a loan from a lender.

2. Tax Investigation References
Tax records carry the company’s name too, but the details are thin, and no outcomes are on hand, so this part stays short.
Additionally, tax investigation and litigation records have connected the company’s name to allegations about bogus long-term capital gains, fabricated contract notes, and accommodation entries.
The earlier name, Lifeline Securities Limited, may appear in some of those records.
The status and findings of each proceeding differ, and each needs separate reading.
This article has not reviewed those orders and does not describe their outcome.
Tradenext Securities Limited Reviews and Client Complaints
A review shows one client’s experience from one side. Read the ones below as a reason to ask questions, not as proof of anything.
The Google listing for Tradenext Securities Ltd showed an average of 4.6 from 35 reviews when the research captured it.
Among the lowest-rated reviews, one sits about four years before the capture date and carries 27 reactions.
That reviewer says they applied to close an account and transfer funds in July 2021.
They describe delays in transferring stocks and say more than ₹1 lakh had still not reached them after several emails and complaints.
The reviewer says they could not get clear dates for the transfer and that a SEBI complaint stalled because the portal would not accept all their proofs.
They write that they planned legal action.
This is one client’s account. This article cannot confirm it, and the review does not show any reply from the firm.

Is Tradenext Global Limited Related to Tradenext Securities?
Similar names repeat across finance, and one of them turned up in a forum post. It helps to separate it before you read any further.
A 2013 post on an Indian consumer complaints forum concerns Tradenext Global Limited, listed in Gujarat.

Nothing in the post links that company to TradeNext Securities Limited, which is registered in Delhi.
This article therefore does not treat that post as a review of Tradenext Securities Limited. Similar names are common in finance, so match the CIN, address, and registration number before you read any review.

How To Check Tradenext Securities Limited Before You Trade or Pay?
Records from different years point in different directions, so a fresh check beats any old listing.
These five steps take a few minutes and rely on official lists.
- Search SEBI’s list of registered intermediaries. Try the firm’s name and the number INZ000009530, and note the date of your search.
- Check the exchange and depository lists. Look for NSE member code 14940 and the CDSL number IN-DP-229-2016.
- Confirm the company’s current name and class. Use the Ministry of Corporate Affairs company master data, since the name may have changed.
- Ask the firm in writing. Request the registration it trades under today and keep the reply.
- Stay away from guaranteed returns.NSE said such schemes are prohibited, and it told investors that exchange protection would not apply to them.
If your name check and number check give different answers, ask the firm which one is correct before you send money.
What to Do If Your Funds or Shares Are Stuck With Tradenext Securities Limited?
Say you asked to close your account weeks ago and the transfer has still not come.
Here are the steps in the order that usually makes sense, so you are not guessing.
Write to the firm first. Send an email with your account details, the date you asked for closure, and what you expect to receive. Keep every reply.
If the broker appears in SEBI’s list as a registered intermediary, the next stop is the investor complaint portal.
Our page on the SCORES SEBI complaint shows how to register, file, and track a complaint there.
Keep a simple folder with dates, reference numbers, and replies.
A clear timeline helps at every later stage, especially if the first reply does not settle the matter.
When a SCORES reply does not solve the problem, SEBI’s online dispute route comes next.
You can see how that works on our SMART ODR complaint portal page, including the conciliation and arbitration stages.
Sometimes the entity you dealt with does not appear in SEBI’s list at all.
In that case, SCORES may not take the complaint, so check the entity’s registration before you file.
When conciliation does not settle a broker dispute, the matter can go to arbitration.
Our page on arbitration in stock market explains how that stage works and what it asks of you.
NSE’s 2022 notice also matters here.
It said that exchange investor protection, dispute resolution and grievance redressal would not be available for disputes over assured return schemes.
If you want to know the full process, check our guide on how to file complaint against stock broker.
This article reports public records, notices and a user review as they were published. It does not state that any company or person committed an offence, and each matter should be read with its current status.
Conclusion
The records on Tradenext Securities Limited do not point to one way, and they change by date.
There is an older registration trail, a 2022 NSE notice, a 2025 police case against a director, and one client’s account of a fund transfer delay.
There is also a 2026 SEBI search that returned no record for the broker number.
None of these items settles the firm’s current status on its own.
A fresh check on the official lists is the next step for anyone who holds an account.
If your money or shares are stuck, start the written complaint trail now and keep every date.
Report. Recover. Stay Fraud Free.
