StockYaari: Can You Trust Its ₹349 Plans and Complaint Records?

StockYaari

Quick Summary

StockYaari Technologies Private Limited runs StockYaari under SEBI Research Analyst registration INH000018188, valid since August 2024. Plans cost between ₹349 and ₹1,998, far below the ₹1,51,000 yearly SEBI limit. The complaint disclosure doesn’t agree with itself. The monthly table opens April 2025 with 0 carried forward, while the annual table says 25 were carried in. Google Play reviewers also describe paying and not getting the promised features.

Would you pay ₹349 to try a trading app without checking whether its own numbers agree with each other? StockYaari is priced low enough that most people won’t bother.

That’s exactly why it’s worth ten minutes first. The company holds a real SEBI Research Analyst registration, and the plans are cheap.

What doesn’t hold together is the paperwork around it.

There’s a complaint table that contradicts itself, a “10+ years” claim from a company incorporated in 2023, and app reviews describing payments that never turned into access.

This page goes through all of it, plainly.

StockYaari Review

StockYaari is a stock research app and website run by Stock Yaari Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Haryana in 2023.

It sells research calls, trading signals, and market alerts to retail traders, and it leans heavily on technology, describing its work as data-driven and AI-powered.

The team is led by Abhishek Singh, who also acts as its Principal and Compliance Officer.

The app sits on Google Play and the Apple App Store, with a community across Telegram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Is StockYaari SEBI Registered or Not?

Yes, StockYaari Technologies Private Limited is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst under registration number INH000018188, valid from 2 August 2024 on a perpetual basis.

Abhishek Singh is the named contact person.

The same number appears in the footer of the firm’s own website and on an independent listing of SEBI-registered Telegram channels.

The registration sits with the company itself, which also carries CIN U70200HR2023PTC117072 and BSE enlistment number 6360.

Its registered address is H. No. 254, Sector 23, Faridabad, Haryana 121005, while correspondence goes to Plot No. 756, Second Floor, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.

An INH number means Research Analyst. It covers publishing research to a general subscriber base.

It doesn’t cover managing anyone’s money or placing trades on a client’s behalf.

Before paying any research firm, check SEBI registered research analyst credentials against SEBI’s own published list, using the registration number rather than the firm’s word for it.

What Does StockYaari Actually Offer?

The site bundles research and trading tools into one app. Here’s what it lists.

  • Research calls across cash, futures and options, with entry and target levels
  • Trading signals for intraday and swing trades
  • Smart alerts for prices, market news and watchlists
  • Algo trading, described as “auto entry and exit”
  • Portfolio tracking, analytics and broker connectivity

The app is on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The firm is also active on Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and a WhatsApp channel.

It claims 31,000+ happy traders, 500K+ app downloads, and 36K+ active users.

Nothing in that list is a problem by itself. The questions start with how it’s priced and how it’s described.

StockYaari Pricing and Plans

Every SEBI-registered Research Analyst has to stay under ₹1,51,000 a year, per client family. That’s the first thing to check on any plan.

StockYaari sells four plans, and none of them come anywhere near that ceiling.

Plan Duration Price What’s Included
30 Days Trial 30 days ₹349 100 RA calls across Cash, Futures, and Options; unlimited automated signals for 1 month; features and updates for 1 month
3 Months Plan 3 months ₹999 300 RA calls; unlimited automated signals for 1 month; features and updates for 3 months
6 Months Plan 6 months ₹1,499 Unlimited RA calls; unlimited automated signals for 1 month; features and updates for 3 months
12 Months Plan 12 months ₹1,998 600 RA calls; unlimited automated signals for 1 month; features and updates for 3 months

Even renewing the ₹349 trial every month comes to roughly ₹4,188 a year. There’s no fee cap problem here.

The problem is clarity, not price.

Plan Details That Don’t Line Up

Read the “What’s Included” column across all four rows, and a few things stand out.

  1. The longest plan gives the fewest calls. The 12-month plan caps you at 600 calls, while the cheaper 6-month plan says unlimited.
  2. “Features and updates for 3 months” appears on the 3, 6 and 12-month plans alike. It’s unclear what a 12-month customer gets in months four to twelve.
  3. Automated signals run for “1 month” on every plan, including the 12-month one. The site doesn’t say whether signals stop after a month or continue.

Ask StockYaari to explain each of these in writing before you pay for anything longer than the trial.

Is StockYaari Good or Not?

The honest answer is mixed. The registration is real, and the prices are low, but the way the firm describes its results, and the way its complaint records read, leave real questions.

Here’s each point, sorted into what works and what doesn’t.

Three concerns- the complaint tables, the app reviews, and the plan structure above- need their own numbers, so they get their own sections rather than a line here.

What Works in StockYaari’s Favour

  1. The registration is genuine and well displayed. The number, the BSE enlistment, and a named Principal and Compliance Officer all sit on the firm’s own pages.
  2. The site links to the regulator’s own complaint routes. Its contact page points to SEBI’s SCORES portal and SMART ODR, alongside a complaint report and an audit status page. That’s the right thing to publish.
  3. The prices stay far below the SEBI limit. Nobody is being asked for anything close to ₹1,51,000, so the fee cap isn’t a worry on any published plan.
  4. The monthly complaint table adds up on its own terms. Its nine complaints are all shown as resolved, with none pending.

Where StockYaari Falls Short

  1. The performance claims come with no method behind them. The site says “High Accuracy,” “Proven Track Record,” “25,000+ Profitable Trades” and “76% Client Satisfaction.”

Nothing explains the sample, the period, or how satisfaction was measured. Twenty-five thousand profitable trades also means little without the number of losing ones.

  2. “Reliable and accurate predictions” is a promise no research service can keep. The About page uses that wording and calls its insights precise.
Markets don’t work that way, and a firm claiming otherwise deserves a harder look.

  3. “10+ years of experience” doesn’t match the company’s own record. The CIN shows the company was incorporated in 2023, and the SEBI registration began in August 2024.
The years may belong to the founders, but the site never says so.
  4. The “algo trading” feature raises a scope question. The homepage promotes “auto entry and exit” with broker connectivity.
A Research Analyst registration doesn’t allow placing orders for clients, so ask exactly who executes those trades and under which permission.
  5. A separate ₹349 premium Telegram group sits beside the paid plans. The site doesn’t explain what it adds.
₹349 is also the price of the 30-day trial, so it’s unclear whether they’re the same product sold twice.

  6. The weekly Telegram “scorecard” only shows winners. It reports 101 winning trades, ₹90,346 booked in futures, ₹17,188 in options, and +13.07% in cash calls.
There’s no count of losing trades, no period, and no way to tell whether these were real client results.

The Honest Verdict

StockYaari isn’t a firm hiding behind a fake registration. That part checks out.

It is a firm whose marketing promises more than its paperwork can back up, and whose complaint records don’t reconcile.

Reviewers also describe real trouble getting what they paid for.

If you try it, start with the ₹349 trial rather than a year upfront, and get the plan details in writing first.

StockYaari Complaints

Every SEBI-registered Research Analyst has to publish its complaint numbers. It’s the one record you can check without asking the firm anything.

StockYaari publishes two tables, and this is where things stop matching.

The Monthly Table

Month Carried Forward Received Resolved Pending
April 2025 0 2 2 0
May 2025 0 1 1 0
June 2025 0 0 0 0
July 2025 0 1 1 0
August 2025 0 1 1 0
September 2025 0 3 3 0
October 2025 0 1 1 0
Total 9 9 0

On its own, this table is tidy. Nine complaints, all resolved, nothing pending.

The Annual Table

Year Carried Forward Received Resolved Pending
2025-26 25 25 25 0

Three Numbers That Don’t Fit Together

Put the two tables side by side, and three problems appear.

  1. The opening balance contradicts itself. The monthly table starts April 2025 with 0 carried forward. The annual table for the year that begins in April 2025 says 25 were carried forward.
  2. The annual row doesn’t add up. As laid out, 25 carried in plus 25 received, minus 25 resolved, leaves 25 still open. The table shows 0 pending.
  3. The nine and the twenty-five can’t be compared. The monthly rows run only to October, so they cover seven of twelve months.
For the year to reach 25, the other five months would need 16 complaints, about 3.2 a month against roughly 1.3 before.

Either a column is mislabelled, or a figure is wrong, and the disclosure doesn’t say which.

What the Disclosure Leaves Out

Even setting the contradictions aside, the record has gaps.

The registration began in August 2024, but the monthly table starts only in April 2025. Roughly eight months of complaint history aren’t shown.

The latest disclosure is dated November 2025, with monthly rows ending in October 2025.

SEBI expects this data to be updated by the 7th of every month, and it’s now almost a year later.

None of this proves anything improper. It does mean nobody outside the firm can currently tell how many complaints StockYaari has really received, or how many are open today.

If you’re weighing whether records like these justify a formal grievance, our guide to a complaint against SEBI registered research analyst explains how a case is built and sequenced.

What Do StockYaari App Reviews on Google Play Reveal?

The app is rated 4.3 stars on the Play Store. The homepage claims 4.2 from 2,000+ reviews, a small gap that’s probably just timing.

Underneath that rating sit four detailed negative reviews. They’re worth reading closely, since three of them describe the same kind of problem.

1. Signals That Reverse and Vanish

One user says the signals were not accurate and mostly ended in losses. They describe a buy signal appearing, then a sell, then a buy again that pointed back to an old signal.

They say people who sold at the wrong moment lost heavily, and that some signals disappeared altogether.

Additionally, they used the app for a month and advise others to stay away.

2. Money Debited, Screen Blank

A second user paid ₹1,499 for the Pro plan. The amount left their account, but the app screen went blank and showed “payment failed.”

The money didn’t come back. They contacted customer service twice and said the person only noted down their mobile number.

3. Paid Member Status Not Showing

A third user paid for premium and says the promised features never appeared. The app didn’t show them as a paid member either.

They rang the customer care number in the app and were told someone would call back. They say nobody did for the whole day.

4. Plan Vanished From the App

A fourth user subscribed to a ₹1,799 plan and says they never got the listed features. They wrote in, heard nothing for a month, and then saw the subscription disappear from the app.

This review uses very strong language about the firm. We’re not repeating it, and we haven’t verified any of it.

That ₹1,799 price doesn’t appear in today’s list of ₹349, ₹999, ₹1,499, and ₹1,998, so it may be an older price. It’s worth asking.

The Pattern Across These Reviews

Three of the four are about payment, access, and support, not about signal quality.

Money was taken, the plan didn’t show up, and nobody replied.

Reviews on a public store can’t prove any of this. But separate people describing the same sequence is worth taking seriously.

We’re reporting what these users said on a public platform. We haven’t independently verified any of it, and we found no SEBI order confirming this conduct in the material reviewed.

How To File A Complaint Against StockYaari?

Most of the reviews above come down to one thing. You paid, and the plan didn’t arrive.

So gather proof before you write to anyone.

  • The payment confirmation and transaction reference from your bank
  • Screenshots of the app showing the failed or missing plan
  • The plan name, its price, and the date you paid
  • Any reply you got from customer care, or a note of when you called

Then email the RA with those attached, and ask for either the plan to be activated or the money returned.

If you get no answer, the next stop is the regulator. A SCORES SEBI complaint puts your grievance on record with SEBI, and the firm has to respond to it.

Where that stalls, SMART ODR registration brings in a neutral conciliator to look at both sides.

The last stage is Share market arbitration, which ends in a ruling rather than a request.

Conclusion

StockYaari Technologies Private Limited holds a real SEBI registration, INH000018188, and its plans are priced far below the legal ceiling.

What needs your attention is everything around that. The complaint tables contradict each other, the performance claims have no method behind them, the “10+ years” claim sits oddly beside a 2023 incorporation, and reviewers describe paying without getting access.

Start small if you try it, ask for the plan details in writing, and keep your payment proof.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's a registered SEBI Research Analyst, INH000018188, so the registration is real. Whether it suits you depends on the concerns above, especially the complaint records and the payment reviews.

Ask in writing, with your payment proof and screenshots. SEBI's rules also entitle you to a proportionate refund for the unused part of a plan if you stop early.

The site doesn't explain how its "auto entry and exit" works. A Research Analyst registration doesn't allow trading on your behalf, so ask exactly who executes those orders.

The site doesn't say. Both cost ₹349, so ask whether they're one product or two before paying for both.

Ask which complaint figures are current, what the 25 carried forward refers to, and what "10+ years" means. Then ask what each plan includes after month three.
