Vivekam Financial Services: SEBI Registration, Fees, And User Reviews

Vivekam Financial Services

Quick Summary

Vivekam Financial Services Private Limited is a SEBI registered investment adviser in Hyderabad, INA200000316, valid from 22 November 2013 and listed as perpetual. Its tables show four complaints since FY 2019-20, all resolved, with data current to September 2026. Pricing is only partly shown, and some public reviews describe poor support and losses. Those reviews are unverified opinions. We found no SEBI order against the firm as of 21 October 2026, which is not a clean certificate.

Think of an investor who is losing patience with his own stock picks and finds a firm that ranks stocks with data, offers Shariah-compliant baskets, and talks about a decade of experience.

The pitch is calm, and the ratings on the homepage look impressive.

This blog looks at Vivekam Financial Services through the firm’s own disclosures, public reviews and SEBI records.

We cover the registration, the complaint tables with the sums done again, the pricing gaps and the reviews, then turn the open points into questions you can put to the firm in writing.

What Is Vivekam Financial Services and What Does It Offer?

Vivekam Financial Services Private Limited describes itself as a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

The website says it offers advice on equity, mutual funds, derivatives and fixed income products.

It claims over ten years of advisory experience and a focus on data-driven stock selection.

Those are the firm’s own words, and we have not tested the quality of any advice.

Stock Advisory

The stock side includes undervalued growth stocks, large-cap stocks, theme-based baskets and Shariah-compliant products.

The website also lists stock rankings and a portfolio scanner.

Rankings can help you shortlist ideas, but a rank is not a recommendation to buy.

Ask how a rank is built and how often it changes.

Mutual Funds And Portfolio Help

The mutual fund offering covers equity funds, SIPs, lump sum investments, ELSS, and balanced funds.

Portfolio services include an assessment of your holdings, stock level insights, and guidance on selling and managing positions.

Ask whether this guidance is delivered in writing and tied to your risk profile.

A written record protects you if there is a disagreement later.

Fixed Income Claims

The firm also promotes fixed income solutions, including debt mutual fund schemes and products it describes as RBI regulated and CRISIL approved.

It says these offer a better return rate than traditional instruments.

The research found no benchmark or comparison behind that claim.

Ask what it is compared with, over what period, and after which costs.

Partnerships Named On The Website

The website highlights partnerships with Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan and TradeWell.

Partnerships can be perfectly ordinary, though they raise a fair question for an adviser.

Ask whether the firm or any related person earns anything from the platforms or products it points you to.

Advisers are expected to keep advice and distribution separate, so a written answer matters.

The Ratings On The Homepage

The homepage shows ratings of 4.8 out of 5 and 5 out of 5, with claims of over 1,100 reviews and 8,400 followers.

The research could not find the source or basis of these numbers.

Treat them as marketing until the firm shows where they come from.

Independent review pages are a better guide, and we look at some of those below.

Is Vivekam Financial Services SEBI Registered?

The research shows the firm is listed as registered.

Each point below is what the listing shows, and you should confirm it yourself before relying on this page.

  • Registration number is INA200000316. The INA prefix marks an investment adviser, unlike INH for a research analyst or INP for a portfolio manager.
  • Registered name is Vivekam Financial Services Private Limited. It is a non-individual registration, meaning a company holds it.
  • Validity runs from 22 November 2013 and is listed as perpetual. That makes the registration almost thirteen years old.
  • Address is Plot No. 57, Road No. 71, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 500033, which is also the correspondence address. The contact person on the listing is Yashwant Vemuru, and the listing email uses the firm’s own domain.

Check It Yourself In Minutes

You can verify the registration in a few minutes. A SEBI registered IA detector lets you enter INA200000316, compare the name, category and validity, and see the status for yourself.

A SEBI registration check online on the regulator’s own pages does the same job. Do it before you pay, and save a dated screenshot.

Registration shows that a firm may give investment advice. It does not describe the quality of advice or the fee.

Adviser Or Portfolio Manager

The research notes that most public reviews talk about portfolio management services.

Yet the firm’s listing shows an investment adviser number, and the research found no portfolio manager number on its website.

Reviewers may simply use the word loosely for an advisory subscription.

Even so, ask the firm in writing which registration covers the service you are buying, and check that registration yourself.

Vivekam Financial Services Plans, Prices and Hidden Charges

The website shows product names and some pricing, but not complete charges.

The research could not find the fee calculations, subscription periods, or full terms for each plan.

That leaves a visitor guessing what a subscription costs in rupees. Here is what the research recorded.

Plan A And The Zero Fee

A plan shown as zero flat fees is an odd thing to read.

It may mean no upfront fee, or a fee collected another way.

Ask exactly when and how you pay under Plan A, and what the total cost would be over a year.

Plan B And The Nifty Hurdle

A hurdle linked to the Nifty suggests a fee that depends on how your portfolio performs against the index.

SEBI permits advisers to charge in a fixed fee mode or an assets under advice mode, each with its own limit.

We have not seen the terms of Plan B, so we cannot say how it fits those modes.

Ask the firm in writing which mode applies, how the fee is calculated, and who measures the hurdle.

The Fee Cap

In the fixed fee mode, the cap is ₹1,51,000 per client per family per year.

Suppose a quote arrives as ₹1,78,180. That equals the cap plus 18 percent GST, so it would not by itself cross the cap, though the GST treatment should be confirmed.

This is only a worked example and not the firm’s price.

It shows why the base fee and GST should appear on separate lines.

Access Tied To Subscription

The premium account shows the top 10 stock ranks only if you subscribe, while others see ranks 10 to 20.

That is a normal commercial choice, and it also means the free view is a partial one.

Ask what exactly you receive for each plan and whether the ranks are advice or information.

Before You Pay

Take these four steps first, since each costs nothing.

  1. Ask for the fee per plan in rupees and the period it covers.
  2. Ask for GST and any performance-linked element as separate lines.
  3. Ask for the refund terms if you stop midway.
  4. Ask for the agreement and the Most Important Terms and Conditions before payment.

The agreement should be signed before any advice is given or any fee is paid. Keep a copy of both.

What Does Vivekam Financial Services Complaints Data Reveal?

The firm publishes a monthly table and an annual table. We read both and added the totals ourselves.

The Monthly Table

The monthly table covers October 2025 to September 2026. Here it is in short form.

Period

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending at end

October 2025

0 1 0 1

November 2025

1 0 0 1
December 2025 1 0 1

0

January to September 2026 0 0 0

0

Total across twelve months 0 1 1

0

Every row works. Carried forward plus received, less resolved, gives the pending figure each month.

How Long The Complaint Stayed Open

The one complaint arrived in October 2025 and was resolved in December 2025.

That is about two months, with the complaint still pending at the end of October and November.

Two months is not unusual, but it is longer than a same-week reply. Ask what happened in between.

The Annual Table

The annual table runs from FY 2019-20 to FY 2026-27. It runs from April to March, so October 2025 falls in FY 2025-26.

Financial year

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending

2019-20

0 0 0 0

2020-21

0 1 1 0

2021-22

0 2 2

0

2022-23 to 2024-25 0 0 0

0

2025-26 0 1 1

0

2026-27 0 0 0

0

Grand total

0 4 4

0

The totals hold. One plus two plus one is four, and all four were resolved.

The Two Tables Agree

The one complaint in FY 2025-26 matches the October 2025 complaint in the monthly table.

The zeros in FY 2026-27 match the months from April to September 2026.

So the disclosures are consistent with each other, and they are current to September 2026. That is a point in the firm’s favour.

The Early Years Are Missing

The registration dates are from November 2013, yet the annual table begins with FY 2019-20.

Nothing is shown for the six years from FY 2013-14 to FY 2018-19.

Complaint history is useful because it shows how a firm behaves over time.

Ask the firm for those earlier figures, and why they are not on the website.

What The Complaints Were About

The tables do not say. Four complaints in about seven years, all resolved, is a small number for a firm with thousands of followers, though the disclosures give no client count to compare with.

Ask what the four concerns were and what changed afterwards. A specific answer is a good sign.

If you ever need to raise a case, the guide on a SEBI complaint against investment advisor shows how such cases usually run.

It helps to know that before you commit money.

A search of SEBI’s public records found no SEBI order against Vivekam Financial Services as of 21 October 2026.

That is not a clean certificate, because orders can be published later and our search was limited.

Vivekam Financial Services Reviews: What Users Say About the Firm

The research collected reviews from an app store and from Google.

They are individual opinions that we have not verified, and the firm may dispute them.

We paraphrase them, and we have not named the reviewers.

Support On The App

One app reviewer who described themselves as a premium customer said the team stopped answering calls and messages when they wanted to invest more.

They said calls were frequent before investing and hard to get afterwards.

Another app reviewer said they got little personalised advice and felt staff knowledge was thin.

They also said an email query led to a call that closed the matter.

Reviews On Google

One Google reviewer said they subscribed to a service they called PMS and felt the recommendations led them to sell good stocks at a loss and buy others at higher prices. They also felt the focus was on fees and not on client outcomes.

How To Read These

Reviews are one-sided by nature, since unhappy customers write more often.

They also reflect expectations, and no adviser can promise a result.

SEBI does not allow advisers to promise or assure returns.

If anyone connected with the firm ever guaranteed an outcome in writing or on a call, keep that message and treat it as a serious concern.

The repeated theme is support after payment.

Ask how a client reaches the team, how quickly queries get a reply, and where that commitment is written.

What Promotional Language Does Vivekam Financial Services Pvt Ltd Use on Its Website?

The homepage uses phrases such as “Achieve financial success together”, “Grow your wealth” and “You prosper”.

It also carries testimonials praising service and “good returns”.

These phrases set a hopeful tone and do not promise a specific return.

But testimonials about returns come with no performance data beside them, so a reader cannot judge them.

What To Look For

Healthy advice talks about risk as often as it talks about growth.

It explains how your risk profile was worked out and what a poor year could look like.

Ask the firm to show how a bad market would affect your plan. A clear answer is worth more than a warm slogan.

Questions to Ask Vivekam Financial Services Pvt Ltd Before Considering It

The gaps above can be turned into a short list. Send these by email so you have a written reply, and wait for the answers before any money moves.

1. What is the total cost?

Ask for Plan A and Plan B in rupees, with GST and any hurdle-linked element shown separately.

2. Which registration covers my service?

Ask whether the service you are buying falls under the investment adviser registration, and whether the firm holds any other registration.

3. What happened in earlier years?

Ask for complaint figures for FY 2013-14 to FY 2018-19, and what the four disclosed complaints concerned.

4. Who earns from the partners?

Ask whether the firm or any related person earns anything from Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, TradeWell, or any product named to you.

5. How are disputes settled?

Ask whether the agreement sends disputes to arbitration. Reading about arbitration in share market cases first helps you judge what such a clause would mean for you.

Vivekam Financial Services Contact Details and Grievance Channels

The SEBI listing gives a phone number and an email on the firm’s own domain, with Yashwant Vemuru as the contact person.

Start with the firm by email so you have a written trail.

State your name, payment reference, the issue, and the outcome you want in a reasonable time.

A dated email is stronger than a call, and the reviews suggest calls may go unanswered.

Save the reply, and note when you sent each message. If the firm names a grievance officer on its website, copy that person too.

If the firm does not reply or you disagree with the answer, the regulator’s online system is the usual next step.

The page on the SCORES SEBI complaint route covers what to attach and how a case moves after you file.

Keep every reply you get on that system, since they matter if the case has to go further.

For a payment disagreement that stays open, there is another route.

The SMART ODR portal brings in a neutral conciliator to go through your papers with you, so keep receipts and replies together.

Disclaimer

This blog is based on the firm’s published disclosures, public reviews, and publicly available SEBI records as of 21 October 2026. It does not allege wrongdoing, and the firm is welcome to share its side. We could not independently confirm the full pricing and fee basis of each plan, the complaint position for years before FY 2019-20, the subject of the reported complaints, the basis of the homepage ratings, the accuracy of any review, whether the firm holds any registration beyond the one listed, or the content of any agreement beyond what the research showed.

Conclusion

Vivekam Financial Services holds a long-standing SEBI registration, and its complaint tables are consistent, current to September 2026, and show all four complaints resolved.

The harder parts are the partly hidden pricing, the missing years before FY 2019-20, and the reviews about support.

Before you pay, ask for the total cost under each plan, which registration covers the service, what the complaints were about, and who earns from the partners. Keep every answer in writing.

Check the registration yourself and match the payment account to the registered name.

If the firm answers openly and quickly, you have a better basis to decide.

If a dispute arises later, write to the firm first and then use the escalation routes in order. Keep your receipts, emails, and screenshots in one folder.
