Quick Summary
If you’re looking for a Grow Capital customer care number, here’s what we found in one trader’s records. The app’s “Customer Support” option led back to the same WhatsApp contacts who had opened his account and called his trades. When he wrote “call me urgently,” his calls went unanswered. We’re not sharing any number for these contacts, because calling them won’t get your money back. Below, you’ll find the helplines that can actually act, and the fake recovery numbers to avoid.
You’ve probably typed the Grow Capital customer care number into Google more than once by now, hoping someone official will finally pick up and explain what’s going on.
We understand that feeling completely. When an app holds your money, and nobody answers, any phone number feels like a lifeline.
So let’s look at who really sits behind the app’s support button in the case we studied, and then at the numbers that are worth your time.
If you’d rather talk it through with someone, you can report financial fraud India through our team.
Does Grow Capital App Have a Customer Care Number?
This is the first thing everyone wants to know. Here’s what the app itself showed, and what that support option led to.
The account page lists a Customer Support option with a phone icon, right next to Withdraw Funds and Deposit Request. It looks like any normal app’s help section.
In the screens we reviewed, though, we couldn’t find a registered company name, an official email, an office address, or a grievance officer anywhere in the app.
Those are the details a regulated broker has to make easy to find.
In practice, “support” meant one thing. Calling the same WhatsApp contacts who had set everything up.
Who Picks Up When You Call Grow Capital Support?
Once you trace the conversations, support turns out to be a small loop of the same two people.
Here’s how that loop worked:
1. The Tipster Points You to the “Broker”
Whenever the trader raised a problem with “Rajesh Patel Trade,” the tips contact’s reply was to speak to the broker if there was any problem.

On another day, he simply told the trader to work with “them.”
2. The “Broker” Is the Same Contact Who Opened the Account
That “broker” was the “Girish Ji Trade Fund” contact.
On the day his first deposit showed up, Girish sent a screenshot of his funds and told him to call if any issue came up.

So the tipster sends you to the broker, the broker tells you to call him, and nobody outside that circle is ever involved.
No complaint ticket, no reference number, no escalation.
How the account was opened, and how a ₹44,000 deposit turned into a minus ₹63 lakh balance, is covered in the Grow Capital app scam case.
3. Grow Capital Support Stops Answering
A support line is only as good as the person who answers it. Here’s what happened when the trader actually needed help.
The chat header shows the contact as a WhatsApp “Business Account” under the name “Girish Ji Trade Fund.”
That label only means someone set up a WhatsApp Business profile, which anyone can do in a few minutes with any name they choose. It isn’t a sign of registration or approval.
When things went wrong, the trader wrote that there was a problem and asked for an urgent call.
What follows on his screen is call after call marked “No answer,” with only one short call in between.

If you’ve been calling for days with no reply, you’re not doing anything wrong.
The support line simply isn’t there to help you. It’s time to stop calling it and use the helplines below.
And if you want to understand why your money can’t be released through the app at all, our page on grow capital app withdrawal explains what’s really going on.
Fake Grow Capital Recovery Helpline Numbers
Here’s the part we really want you to read slowly.
The moment you search for a customer care number, you become a target for a second scam.
People who search for help after an app scam often find numbers in comments, forum posts, social media pages, or “recovery service” ads.
Some of these belong to fake recovery agents who promise to get your Grow Capital money back.
- They ask for a fee upfront, often called a processing, legal, or “unlock” charge.
- They claim to be from the police, a bank, SEBI, or a law firm, but call from personal numbers.
- They ask for remote access to your phone or for OTPs and passwords.
- They guarantee a full refund within days.
No genuine authority charges you a fee to file or process a cyber complaint.
Treat any caller who asks for money to recover money as part of the same problem.
If you have already paid one of them, here is what to do if online fraud happens, from calling 1930 to writing to your bank.
Called every number you could find for Grow Capital support, and now strangers are calling you offering recovery for a fee?
Talk to us before you pay anyone. We’ll look at your chats and payments and help you take the complaint to the right authority.
Real Helplines to Call Instead of Grow Capital Support
Now for the numbers that can genuinely move things forward.
Keep this list handy, and use each one for the job it’s meant for.
| Who to contact | When to use it |
|---|---|
| 1930, National Cyber Crime Helpline | As soon as you realise money went to fraudsters. Speed helps with a freeze request. |
| cybercrime.gov.in | To file your written complaint with chats, receipts and UTR numbers. |
| Your own bank, number printed on your card or passbook | To report the UPI payments and ask for a fraud dispute and freeze request. |
| SEBI toll-free: 1800 266 7575 or 1800 22 7575 | To check whether a broker or adviser is SEBI registered before you trust them. |
| Groww’s official support, listed inside the Groww app and on its official website | Only if your issue is with an actual Groww account. Grow Capital and Groww are not linked in our records. |
When you file, it helps a lot to present your proof in a clear order.
Our step-by-step article on how to file a cyber crime complaint shows how to lay it out so your complaint keeps moving.
Disclaimer: This article relies on chats and screen recordings that a victim shared with us, with his personal details removed. It reports what those records show and does not accuse Groww or any other company with a similar name of wrongdoing.
Conclusion
In the case we studied, the Grow Capital customer care number was really just the same two WhatsApp contacts in a loop.
The tipster sent the trader to the “broker,” the broker said to call him, and then the calls went unanswered.
Calling them again won’t change that, and calling random “recovery” numbers can make things worse.
Put your energy into 1930, the cyber crime portal, and your own bank.
Those are the people with the power to act.
Report. Recover. Stay Fraud Free.
In the case we reviewed, the app's Customer Support option led back to the same WhatsApp contacts who opened the account, and they stopped answering. We don't share their numbers. Call 1930 and your bank instead. In this case, support ran through the same people who called the trades. When problems started, most of the trader's urgent calls went unanswered. Stop calling and report the case on 1930. No. The names sound alike, but nothing in our records links Grow Capital to Groww. Use Groww's support only through the official Groww app or website, and only for a real Groww account. Be very careful. Callers who ask for an upfront fee, remote access, or OTPs to recover money are a common second scam. Genuine authorities don't charge you to file or process a complaint. Call 1930 and file on cybercrime.gov.in with your chats, UPI receipts, and app screen recordings. Inform your bank in writing so it can ask for a freeze on the receiving accounts.Frequently Asked Questions
