Quick Summary
Searching for a Sam Pro customer care number? In the case we reviewed, support was an in-app chat titled “Samco Customer Service Center.” Its main jobs were handing out bank accounts for deposits, confirming transfers, and, when a withdrawal came up, offering to cancel it. It even told the investor to pass his payment proof through his WhatsApp adviser. Here’s what that chat actually is, how to check with the real SAMCO, and which helplines can genuinely act.
If you’ve typed Sam Pro customer care number into Google, you’re probably hoping someone official will explain where your money is.
That’s a completely fair hope. The trouble is that the “customer service” inside this app may be the last place to get that answer.
Let’s look at what the support chat did in one investor’s case, and then at the numbers that are actually worth calling.

Does Sam Pro App Have Customer Care?
It does have something called customer service. Here’s where it lives and how the investor was told to use it.
Inside the app, the support option opens a chat with the heading “Samco Securities, Welcome to Samco Customer Service Center.”
It uses SAMCO’s name, but nothing in our records connects it to the real company.
Before the account was even opened, the WhatsApp admin told the investor that once his account was ready, he could contact customer service directly for deposit details, and that she would guide him too.
So from day one, support was presented as the place to get payment details, not as a place to raise complaints.
What Sam Pro Customer Service Actually Did?
Reading the full support chat, its role becomes very clear.
Here are the three things it did again and again:
1. It Supplied Bank Accounts for Deposits
Whenever the investor said he wanted to add money, support asked whether he banked online or at a branch, then “matched” him with a bank account.
These were current accounts of unrelated private firms, and they changed across deposits.
The Sam Pro app case study walks through each of those deposits in detail.
2. It Collected Proof and Routed It Through the Adviser
After each transfer, support asked for the UTR or the debit message.
When he said the app wasn’t letting him take a screenshot, support suggested he send it to his investment adviser and ask her to forward it.
Think about what that means.
The app’s support and the WhatsApp adviser were working together, passing the investor’s payment proof between them.
There was no separate, independent support desk.
3. It Helped Cancel a Withdrawal
When the investor asked support to cancel a ₹1,15,000 withdrawal on his adviser’s advice, support didn’t question it.

It offered to submit the cancellation on his behalf.
What happened after that cancellation, and why the balance couldn’t come out, is explained on our page about Sam Pro app withdrawal.
What Sam Pro Support Never Gave?
Sometimes the clearest sign is what’s missing.
Here’s what a regulated broker’s support would provide that this chat never did.
- A complaint or ticket number for any issue raised.
- A grievance officer’s name and email, which SEBI-registered brokers must publish.
- A contract note or statement for the trades shown on screen.
- A payment account in the broker’s own name. Every account it shared belonged to an unrelated firm.
- Any way to reach a human outside the chat, such as a registered office phone line.
Did Sam Pro customer service keep giving you new bank accounts but never a complaint number?
You don’t have to keep chatting with them. We help investors take their records to the authorities who can actually act.
How to Check With the Real SAMCO?
Since the chat uses SAMCO’s name, checking with the real company is a smart move. Here’s how to do it without landing on another fake number.
SAMCO’s official app lists [email protected] and 022 2222 7777 as its support contacts.
Always confirm these on samco.in or the official app listing yourself, rather than trusting a number from a chat or a comment.
When you write to them, ask two simple questions.
Is “Sam Pro” your app? And do you run WhatsApp groups offering IPO quotas or institutional shares?
A written reply can strengthen your police complaint.
One thing to keep in mind.
SAMCO can only speak about its own services. It can’t trace or return money you sent to unrelated firms’ accounts.
That part runs through 1930, the cyber portal, and your bank.

Fake Sam Pro Recovery Helplines
This deserves a slow read. As soon as you start searching for help, you become a target for a second scam.
Numbers in comments, social media posts, and “fund recovery” ads often belong to people who promise to get your Sam Pro money back, for a fee.
- They want payment upfront, called a legal, processing, or unlock fee.
- They claim to be from SEBI, the police, a bank, or SAMCO, but call from personal numbers.
- They ask for screen sharing, OTPs, or app logins.
- They promise a full refund in a few days.
No genuine authority charges you to file or process a cyber complaint.
Anyone asking for money to recover money is part of the same problem.
Official Helplines to Contact Instead of Sam Pro Support
Here are the contacts that can genuinely move your case forward.
Use each one for its own purpose.
| Who to contact | When to use it |
|---|---|
| 1930, National Cyber Crime Helpline | As soon as you realise the money went to fraudsters. Speed helps freeze requests. |
| cybercrime.gov.in | To file your written complaint with chats, screenshots, UTRs and RTGS slips. |
| Your own bank, number printed on your card or passbook | To report each transfer and ask for a fraud report and freeze request. |
| SAMCO official support, confirmed on samco.in | To confirm in writing that Sam Pro isn’t its app. |
| SEBI toll free, 1800 266 7575 or 1800 22 7575 | To check whether a broker or adviser is SEBI registered. |

Conclusion
In the case we studied, the Sam Pro customer care inside the app worked more like a payment desk than a help desk.
It handed out bank accounts, collected proof through the adviser, and helped cancel the one withdrawal.
Chatting with it again won’t change where your money went, and calling random recovery numbers can make things worse.
Check with the real SAMCO in writing, then put your energy into 1930, the cyber portal, and your bank.
Report. Recover. Stay Fraud Free.
In the case we reviewed, Sam Pro support was an in-app chat, not a phone line, and it mainly supplied bank accounts for deposits. We don’t share any number for it. Call 1930 and your bank instead. The chat uses SAMCO’s name, but our records show nothing linking it to Samco Securities Limited. Confirm SAMCO’s official contacts on samco.in and ask them directly about Sam Pro. In this case, support “matched” each deposit to a current account of an unrelated firm. Genuine brokers collect money only in accounts in their own name. Stop paying and report every account you received. Be very careful. Callers who ask for upfront fees, screen sharing, or OTPs to recover money are a common second scam. Genuine authorities don’t charge to file or process complaints. Call 1930 and file on cybercrime.gov.in with your chats, screenshots, and transfer records. Inform your bank in writing, and write to SAMCO’s official support to report misuse of its name.Frequently Asked Questions
