MoneyWorks4Me: The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd. Review, Pricing And User Complaints

MoneyWorks4Me

Quick Summary

MoneyWorks4Me is the brand of The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd., a SEBI-registered investment adviser, INA000013323, valid since 16 May 2019 and perpetual. Its Sapphire plans cost ₹19,999 to ₹77,999 at offer prices. The annual complaint table shows 2 complaints, both resolved, but covers only FY 2021-22 to FY 2024-25. Recent years are missing from what we saw. Public app reviews mention frequent sales calls. We found no SEBI order against the firm as of 20 October 2026, which is not a clean certificate.

You may have used the MoneyWorks4Me screeners or seen its homepage promise to help you avoid costly mistakes. The tools are free to look at, and the paid advisory plans are a separate decision with their own price, terms and track record.

This blog looks at MoneyWorks4Me through its own disclosures and public app reviews.

We cover the registration, the plan prices, the complaint tables and the claims on its homepage, then turn the gaps into questions you can put to the firm in writing.

What Is MoneyWorks4Me and What Does It Offer?

MoneyWorks4Me is a brand operated by The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd.

The terms on the website name the company as the legal entity and describe MoneyWorks4Me as its division.

The firm says it has offered research-led investment services since 2009.

It focuses on long-term wealth creation through research and disciplined investing.

Sapphire Portfolios

Sapphire Portfolios is the direct stock advisory service.

It offers diversified and concentrated stock portfolios, research reports, recommended allocations, and Buy, Hold, and Sell guidance.

It also provides monitoring alerts and portfolio briefings. These are the deliverables the Sapphire prices cover.

Omega Advisory

Omega Advisory is the personalised service.

It covers financial planning, goal setting, portfolio construction, a review of existing investments, rebalancing and periodic reviews.

The pricing we reviewed covers Sapphire only. Ask for the Omega fee in writing before you discuss that service.

The Platform Tools

The platform also has stock and mutual fund screeners, watchlists, fund comparison tools, investment calculators, and planning resources.

Using free tools is different from subscribing to advice.

Advice must rest on your own risk profile and suitability, which a screener does not capture.

Scale Claims

The website says it has over 3.81 lakh registered users, more than 6,000 paid subscribers, and ₹1,120 crore of assets managed by subscribers.

These are marketing figures, and the page does not show how they were counted.

Fee-only and Fiduciary

The firm describes its advisory model as fee-only and fiduciary where applicable, with distribution activities identified separately.

Ask what distribution activities exist and how they are kept apart from advice.

Ask for the answer in writing, because a clear separation protects you.

The Brand and the Company

The consumer-facing name is MoneyWorks4Me, while the registration is held by The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd.

Your agreement and payment should name the registered entity, so check both before you pay.

Is MoneyWorks4Me SEBI Registered?

The research shows the company listed as a registered investment adviser, and the website states the number.

Each point below is what the listing shows, and you should confirm it yourself before relying on this page.

  • Registration number is INA000013323. The INA prefix marks an investment adviser, unlike INH for a research analyst or INP for a portfolio manager.
  • Registered name is The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd., not MoneyWorks4Me. The brand is a division of that company.
  • Validity runs from 16 May 2019 and is listed as perpetual. That makes the registration about seven years old.
  • Address is B 101, Signet Corner, Baner Road, Baner, Pune 411045, with the same correspondence address. The listing names a contact person and an email on the moneyworks4me.com domain.

SEBI registration details for The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd.

The firm says it has served investors since 2009, while the registration dates from 2019.

Ask in what capacity it operated before registration, and keep the reply.

You can check all this in a few minutes.

SEBI investment advisor INA verify tells you how to enter INA000013323, compare the name and category, and see the status yourself.

A SEBI registration check online on the regulator’s own pages does the same job.

Make sure the name on your payment page matches the registered name.

Registration shows that a firm may give investment advice. It does not describe the quality of advice or the fee.

MoneyWorks4Me Fees, Plans and Pricing

MoneyWorks4Me shows its Sapphire prices openly, which is a point in its favour. The table below is as the website lists them.

Plan

Risk profile Period Listed price Offer price

Sapphire Diversified

Moderate and conservative 1 year ₹24,999 ₹19,999

Sapphire Diversified

Moderate and conservative 3 years ₹74,999

₹51,999

Sapphire Concentrated Aggressive 1 year ₹39,999

₹29,999

Sapphire Concentrated Aggressive 3 years ₹1,19,999

₹77,999

The savings shown by the website are ₹5,000, ₹23,000, ₹10,000 and ₹42,000, and each matches the gap between the listed and offer price.

How the Prices Sit Against the Cap

SEBI caps fixed fees at ₹1,51,000 per client per family per year.

Even the three-year concentrated plan at ₹77,999 spreads to about ₹26,000 a year, which is well within it.

The research did not say whether the prices include GST. Ask for the tax shown on a separate line.

Three-year plans

A three-year plan means paying for three years at once.

SEBI rules limit how far ahead an adviser can collect fees, so ask how a prepaid plan fits those limits and what refund applies for unused months.

Ask for the refund policy in writing before you pay, since the site links to one.

Listed and Offer Prices

Each plan shows a higher listed price and a lower offer price.

The saving only means something if the listed price was in fact charged at some point.

Ask how long the listed price has applied, and whether the offer price is the usual price.

What the Plans Include

The site lists the deliverables for Sapphire, but the prices are tied to the risk profile and period, not to the number of stocks or reports.

Ask exactly what you get each month, and how often the guidance changes.

Before You Pay

Take these four steps first, since each costs nothing.

  1. Ask for the fee, the tax, and the period in writing.
  2. Ask what the refund is for unused months.
  3. Ask whether the offer price is the usual price.
  4. Ask for the payment account name and match it to the registered name.

MoneyWorks4Me Complaints: What Do the Records Show?

The firm publishes an annual table. We read it and added the totals again.

Financial year

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending

2021-22

0 1 1 0

2022-23

0 1 1 0
2023-24 0 0 0

0

2024-25 0 0 0

0

Total 0 2 2

0

The sums match: two received, two resolved, and none pending.

The Years Missing From The Table

The table stops at FY 2024-25. It has no row for FY 2025-26, which ended in March 2026.

The monthly data in the research covers only July to September 2026.

That leaves April 2025 to June 2026 without a figure in what we saw.

The Years Before FY 2021-22

The registration dates start in May 2019, but the table starts in FY 2021-22.

The two years before are not shown.

Ask whether those years are published elsewhere on the site. A full history helps you judge the record.

How Current Is Current

SEBI expects advisers to update complaint data by the 7th of each month.

September 2026 data should have appeared by 7 October.

The page may have been updated after our research. Check it again and ask the firm for the latest figures.

How To Read Two Complaints?

Two complaints over the years are a small record, and both are shown as resolved.

The tables do not say what they were about.

The firm says it has more than 6,000 paid subscribers.

If that is right, two complaints are a very small share, though the missing years mean the picture is incomplete.

Public reviews, covered next, show a different kind of feedback that never reaches the complaint table, such as dislike of sales calls.

If you ever need to raise a case, the guide on a SEBI complaint against investment advisor shows how such cases usually run, and it helps to know that before you pay.

A search of SEBI’s public records found no SEBI order against the firm as of 20 October 2026.

That is not a clean certificate, because orders can be published later and our search was limited.

MoneyWorks4Me App Reviews: What Are Users Saying?

Reviews give a view that the firm’s tables cannot.

The research reports a Google Play rating of 3.5 out of 5, with the reviews below.

They are individual opinions that we have not verified, and the firm may dispute them.

Four reviews were reviewed for this blog. We paraphrased them, and we have not named the reviewers.

1. Sales Calls And Messages

One reviewer said staff kept calling and messaging on several channels even after they said they were not interested.

They said they blocked numbers and uninstalled the app.

Another said they were called repeatedly to subscribe. If you do not want calls, say so in writing and keep the dates.

2. Trial And Value

A reviewer wrote that the trial lasted only seven days, which they felt was too short to decide, and described the plan as “not value for money”.

They also felt long-term advice meant little to do after the first set of picks.

Ask what a subscription gives you each month after the first portfolio, and what the trial includes.

3. App Speed

A reviewer said the site loaded slowly and that this made it hard to use during market hours.

Ask whether the speed has been addressed.

4. Fees And Calls

A reviewer found the fee higher than other apps and said they did not see buy calls on some stocks that were rising.

Different advisers follow different methods, so ask how the firm chooses and drops stocks.

MoneyWorks4Me Claims: What Does Its Compounding Illustration Show?

The homepage says its services help investors grow long-term wealth and reach better outcomes.

It also says its research and behavioural guidance help investors avoid costly mistakes and invest successfully.

No adviser can promise that, and SEBI does not allow assured returns.

Read those lines as aims and not as guarantees.

The Power Of Compounding

The site shows a monthly SIP of ₹1 lakh growing to ₹88.70 crore over 30 years at an assumed 16 percent a year.

It labels the illustration as not a forecast or a promise.

The arithmetic holds at that rate. At a lower assumed rate of 12 percent, our own calculation gives about ₹35 crore for the same SIP.

Why The Rate Matters

A very high assumed return makes the result look large, and small changes in the rate change it a lot.

Ask for illustrations at several rates, including lower ones.

Ask also how the firm presents its own recommended portfolios’ past returns, and over what periods.

Questions to Ask The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd. Before You Pay

The gaps above can be turned into a short list. Send these by email so you have a written reply, and wait for the answers before any money moves.

1. What is the fee, with tax?

Ask for the fee, the tax shown separately, the period, and the refund terms.

2. Which entity signs my agreement?

Ask the firm to confirm it is The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd. and to name the registration.

3. Where are the missing complaint years?

Ask for FY 2025-26 and the months up to June 2026, and for the years before FY 2021-22.

4. How do I stop sales calls?

Ask how to opt out of calls and messages, and keep the confirmation.

5. How are disputes settled?

Ask whether the agreement sends disputes to arbitration. Reading about arbitration in share market cases first helps you judge what such a clause would mean for you.

MoneyWorks4Me Contact Details, Grievance Process and Complaint Escalation

The website names a compliance officer, Shrikant Jagtap, a grievance officer, Mukta Vaze, and a principal officer, Atharva Bhide.

It also links to a grievance redressal process, an ODR route, and an investor charter.

Start with the firm by email so you have a written trail.

Write to the grievance officer, with the compliance officer in copy if the matter is not answered.

State your name, payment reference, the issue, and the outcome you want in a reasonable time. A dated email is stronger than a call.

If the firm does not reply or you disagree with the answer, the regulator’s online system is the usual next step.

The page on the SCORES SEBI complaint route covers what to attach and how a case moves after you file.

Keep every reply you get on that system, since they matter if the case has to go further.

For a payment disagreement that stays open, there is another route.

The SMART ODR portal brings in a neutral conciliator to go through your papers with you, so keep receipts and replies together.

Disclaimer

This blog is based on the firm’s published disclosures, public app reviews, and publicly available SEBI records as of 20 October 2026. It does not allege wrongdoing, and the firm is welcome to share its side. We could not independently confirm whether the prices include tax, the firm’s activity before registration, the complaint data for years not shown, the accuracy of any review, or the content of any agreement beyond what the research showed.

Conclusion

MoneyWorks4Me is run by a SEBI-registered adviser, shows its Sapphire prices openly, and reports only two resolved complaints in the years its table covers.

The harder part is the gaps, because recent years are missing, reviews mention sales calls and the homepage leans on big promises.

Before you pay, ask for the fee with tax, the refund rule, the entity on your agreement, and the missing complaint years. Keep every answer in writing.

Check the registration yourself and match the payment account to the registered name.

If the firm answers openly and quickly, you have a better basis to decide.

If a dispute arises later, write to the firm first and then use the escalation routes in order.

Keep your receipts, emails, and screenshots in one folder.
