Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors: Savart’s Review, Pricing and Complaint Record

Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors

Quick Summary

Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors Private Limited runs the Savart app and holds SEBI investment adviser registration INA200012601 and portfolio manager registration INP000008011. Its tables show 17 complaints received since FY 2022-23, with 11 in FY 2025-26 and two still pending as of July 2026. Monthly data stops at July 2026. Plans cost ₹2,999 to ₹17,999 a year, taxes included. We found no SEBI order against the firm as of 20 October 2026, which is not a clean certificate.

You may have seen Savart advertised as a simple way for first-time investors to get advice on stocks and mutual funds. The yearly plans look affordable, so the real question is how the firm handles problems when they come up.

This blog looks at Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors through its own disclosures.

We cover the registrations, the complaint tables, the plan prices, and the bold claims on its homepage, then turn the gaps into questions you can put to the firm in writing.

What Is Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors and What Does Savart Offer?

Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors Private Limited operates the Savart platform from Hyderabad.

The firm says its purpose is to democratise wealth by making personalised, research-driven investing accessible to Indian investors.

The website highlights its own AI-powered research systems.

It offers investment advisory services, a product called APART AI, and portfolio management services.

Reach and Scale Claims

The site says over 80 percent of its clients are first-time stock market investors.

It also claims that more than 4,00,000 investors have invested over ₹45,000 crore through its platform.

These are marketing figures, and the homepage does not show how they were counted. We come back to them in the claims section.

The Leadership

The firm presents its leadership as having over 50 years of collective experience in wealth management.

It does not tie that to named individuals in the content we reviewed, apart from the compliance contact.

Ask who the advisers are for the plan you are considering, and what each has done before.

Documents on the Site

The website links to pricing, a privacy policy, terms and conditions, an investor charter, and monthly and annual complaint disclosures.

That is a good set of documents to have in view, and many sites show less.

Read them before you pay, and keep copies with the date.

Is Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors SEBI Registered?

The research shows the company listed with SEBI in two capacities. Each point below is what the disclosure shows, and you should confirm it yourself before relying on this page.

  • Investment adviser registration is INA200012601. The INA prefix marks an investment adviser.
  • Portfolio manager registration is stated as INP000008011. The INP prefix marks a portfolio manager.
  • Validity of the adviser registration runs from 6 March 2019 and is listed as perpetual. That makes it about seven and a half years old.
  • The address is 3 6 373, Street No. 2, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad 500029, with the same correspondence address. The contact person on the listing is Sankarsh Chanda.
  • The compliance officer named on the website is Prakash Raju, listed for regulatory contact, along with a compliance team email and the corporate office details.

You can check these in a few minutes.

A SEBI registered investment adviser search lets you enter INA200012601, compare the name, category, and validity, and see the status for yourself.

A SEBI registration number search on the regulator’s own pages works for the INP number too.

Do it before you pay, and save a dated screenshot.

Registration shows that a firm may give advice or manage portfolios. It does not describe the quality of either, or the fee.

What Do Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors’ Complaint Records Reveal?

The firm publishes an annual table and a monthly trend. We read both and added the totals ourselves.

Correcting the Running Total

The research doc says 15 complaints were received between FY 2022-23 and July 2026, with 13 resolved.

Our addition gives 17 received, 15 resolved, and 2 pending.

The rows add to 17 once the two complaints of FY 2026-27 are included.

The doc’s figures match the total only through FY 2025-26.

Years Before Registration

The table begins at FY 2018-19, but the adviser registration is valid from March 2019.

Only a few weeks of that year fall after registration, so the zeros there say little.

The first full year is FY 2019-20, and those years show no complaints.

The Jump in FY 2025-26

Complaints stayed between one and two a year until FY 2025-26, when 11 were received.

That is a clear rise, and the tables do not say what caused it.

It could reflect a larger user base, a product change, or a single event.

Ask the firm for the main subjects of those 11 complaints and what changed afterwards.

The Monthly Trend

The trend runs from October 2025 to July 2026.

Month

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending

October 2025

0 5 1 4

November 2025

4 6 4 6
December 2025 6 0 6

0

January to June 2026 (six months) 0 0 0

0

July 2026 0 2 0

2

The monthly figures add to 13 received across the ten months.

Eleven of them fall in October and November 2025, and two in July 2026, which matches the annual rows for FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27.

The October and November 2025 Cluster

Five complaints arrived in October and six in November.

Six were still pending at the end of November, and all six were cleared in December.

So the backlog was closed within a month.

A cluster of eleven in two months is still something to ask about, and so is how long each took.

Two Complaints Pending

The two complaints received in July 2026 are shown as pending. The monthly data stops there.

By now they may be resolved, or they may be older.

Ask the firm for their status and how long they have been open, since SEBI tracks complaints pending beyond three months.

Missing Months

There are no figures for August and September 2026.

SEBI expects advisers to update complaint data by the 7th of each month, so September data should have appeared by 7 October.

The page may have been updated after our research. Check it again, and ask for the latest figures.

How to Read the Record?

A firm with a large user base will see more complaints than a small one.

The disclosures do not show client numbers for the advisory side, so you cannot weigh 17 against size.

Closed complaints tell you the matter was closed. They do not tell you whether the person was satisfied.

If you ever need to raise a case, the guide on a SEBI complaint against investment advisor shows how such cases usually run, and it helps to know that before you pay for a plan.

A search of SEBI’s public records found no SEBI order against the firm as of 20 October 2026.

That is not a clean certificate, because orders can be published later and our search was limited.

What Are Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors’ Fees for Savart Plans?

Savart shows its prices, which is a point in its favour. The website says all prices include taxes.

Plan

Fee per year Advice limit Markets Products

Savart XLite

₹2,999 ₹2 lakh India Mutual funds
Savart XE ₹6,999 ₹5 lakh India

Stocks, mutual funds and ETFs

Savart X+ ₹17,999 Unlimited India and USA

Stocks, mutual funds, ETFs and IPOs

How the Fees Sit Against the Cap

SEBI caps fixed fees at ₹1,51,000 per client per family per year. Even the highest plan is far below that.

Because the prices include tax, the fee before GST is lower.

At 18 percent, ₹17,999 works out to about ₹15,250 before tax.

The Advice Limit

The advice limit appears to cap the size of the portfolio the plan will advise on.

A client who uses the whole ₹2 lakh on XLite pays about 1.5 percent of that amount a year, and a client who uses all ₹5 lakh on XE pays about 1.4 percent.

Smaller portfolios therefore pay a higher share than large ones.

Ask how the limit is measured and what happens if your portfolio grows past it.

Same Advice, Different Features

The website says the quality of advice is the same across plans, while products, review limits and support vary.

That is a reasonable way to build tiers, though it means the plan you choose decides what you can ask for.

Ask for a table of what each plan includes, including how often reviews happen.

The Starting Price and the Discount

The site advertises a starting price of ₹499 a month and a limited time ten percent discount on three year plans.

A monthly price of ₹499 comes to ₹5,988 a year, which does not match any yearly plan above.

Ask which plan the monthly price belongs to.

Also ask how a prepaid multi-year plan is refunded if you stop early, because SEBI rules limit how far ahead an adviser can collect fees.

Before You Pay

Take these four steps first, since each costs nothing.

  1. Ask for the plan, the fee, the tax and the period in writing.
  2. Ask how the advice limit is measured.
  3. Ask for the refund terms for unused months.
  4. Ask for the payment account name and match it to the registered name.

Adviser and Portfolio Manager Under One Brand

The firm holds both an adviser registration and a portfolio manager registration, and the site promotes both.

They are different services, with different rules and complaint routes.

An adviser recommends, and you decide whether to act. A portfolio manager can act on your behalf with your money.

Which Service is Which

The research notes that the website offers advisory plans, APART AI and portfolio management.

Ask which registration covers each product, and read the agreement for that specific product.

If you consider the portfolio side, the guide on how to file complaint against portfolio managers shows how that route differs from the adviser route.

The AI Claims

The site highlights proprietary AI powered research.

Ask what the system does, whether a person reviews each recommendation and who is responsible if the output is wrong.

A tool can support advice, and the firm still answers for it.

What Are Savart’s Claims and Its Referral Programme?

The website describes its research as ensuring the best advice and its portfolio performance as stellar.

Website highlighting performance and portfolio claims

Such words set high expectations, and returns in markets are never certain.

SEBI does not allow assured returns, and its advertising rules restrict claims about performance.

Read those lines as marketing and judge the firm on what it shows in writing.

Asking for the Evidence

Ask for performance on a basis you can verify, over stated periods and against a benchmark.

Ask how the figures are calculated and whether they cover all clients.

Also, ask also how the 4,00,000 investors and ₹45,000 crore were counted, and whether the figures cover advice, portfolio management, or both.

The Referral Programme

Users can earn Savart Coins by referring friends and family.

The pricing page points to separate guidelines and does not explain the earning, redemption or other terms next to the offer.

Read the full referral conditions before you take part.

Referring someone means a person near you may buy a plan because of your recommendation, so make sure you are comfortable with that.

Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors Reviews

The research for this blog did not include client reviews.

We have not described any, and a missing review should not be read as a good or bad sign.

Look for dated reviews on more than one platform, including the app stores.

Any review you read is an individual opinion that we have not verified, and the firm may dispute it.

What Should You Verify Before Paying Savart?

The gaps above can be turned into a short list.

Send these by email so you have a written reply, and wait for the answers before any money moves.

1. What changed in FY 2025-26?

Ask what the 11 complaints concerned and what the firm changed afterwards.

2. What is the status of the two pending complaints?

Ask for the current status and the age of each.

3. Which registration covers my plan?

Ask whether the service is advice or portfolio management, with the registration number.

4. What is the refund for unused months?

Ask for the written rule, especially for multi year plans.

5. How are disputes settled?

Ask whether the agreement sends disputes to arbitration. Reading about arbitration in share market cases first helps you judge what such a clause would mean for you.

Where Can Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors’ Clients Escalate a Complaint?

The website lists a compliance team email, the compliance officer and the corporate office in Hyderabad.

It also links to the investor charter and the complaint disclosures.

Start with the firm by email so you have a written trail.

State your name, payment reference, the issue, and the outcome you want in a reasonable time.

If the firm does not reply or you disagree with the answer, the regulator’s online system is the usual next step.

The page on the SCORES SEBI complaint route covers what to attach and how a case moves after you file.

Keep every reply you get on that system, since they matter if the case has to go further.

For a payment disagreement that stays open, there is another route.

The SMART ODR portal brings in a neutral conciliator to go through your papers with you, so keep receipts and replies together.

Disclaimer

This blog is based on the firm’s published disclosures and publicly available SEBI records as of 20 October 2026. It does not allege wrongdoing, and the firm is welcome to share its side. We could not independently confirm the subject of the reported complaints, the status of the two pending complaints, the current monthly complaint table, how the advice limit is applied, the scale and performance claims, or the content of any agreement beyond what the research showed.

Conclusion

Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd holds both adviser and portfolio manager registrations and shows its prices openly.

The harder part is the complaint trend, which rose to 11 in FY 2025-26, with two still pending and no data after July 2026.

Before you pay, ask what the 11 complaints concerned, what the pending two look like now, and how refunds work on multi year plans.

Keep every answer in writing.

Check the registrations yourself and match the payment account to the registered name.

If the firm answers openly and quickly, you have a better basis to decide.

If a dispute arises later, write to the firm first and then use the escalation routes in order.

Keep your receipts, emails, and screenshots in one folder.
