Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited: Complaints, Fees and SEBI Registration

Pride Trading Consultancy private limited

Quick Summary

Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited holds SEBI research analyst registration INH000010362, valid from 21 October 2022. Its annual table shows 100 complaints received and 99 resolved, so one remains pending, with 42 in FY 2024-25 and 39 in FY 2025-26. Plans cost up to ₹1,78,000 and run until a set number of calls is used, with no end date. Google reviews are mostly critical. We found no SEBI order against the firm as of 14 October 2026, which is not a clean certificate.

A cold call that offers index option calls and a high accuracy figure can sound polished, especially when it comes after a loss.

Before you pay Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited a joining amount, it helps to see what the regulator’s listing and the firm’s own tables actually show.

This blog goes through the registration, the complaint tables, the plan prices, the website, and the reviews we found.

Use it as a list of questions to put to the firm in writing before any money moves.

What Is Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited and What Does It Offer?

Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited is a company that offers market research and trading-related insights to investors in India.

Apeksha Bansal is named as the research analyst linked to the platform.

Its research covers NSE equity, derivatives and index segments, and selected MCX commodities.

The commodity side includes gold and silver, crude oil, natural gas and base metals.

The firm says its research rests on market data, price behaviour, technical indicators and public information.

It sends research reports and updates through the channels included in the plan you choose.

Extras On The Website

The website also carries IPO analysis, FII and DII data, a corporate events calendar, live market data and a 52-week high and low screener.

These are general tools that many sites offer.

Its Market News section republishes headlines and snippets from outside media.

That makes it harder to tell which parts are the firm’s own research and which are general news.

Advisory Wording

The website repeatedly uses the phrase Share Market Advisory Services.

A research analyst and an investment adviser are different registrations, so the word can blur what the firm is actually allowed to offer.

Ask the firm to state which registration covers each service on its pages.

Who Prepares The Research

The homepage names the analyst but gives little about her background, qualifications, or her part in preparing reports.

For a service that costs thousands of rupees, that is a fair thing to ask about.

Ask who writes each call, what the author’s experience is, and who reviews it.

Location And Presence

The firm is based in Vadodara, Gujarat.

We saw no working social media profiles in the website content we reviewed.

Is Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited SEBI Registered?

According to the SEBI listing in our research, the firm is a registered research analyst. Check each detail below against the regulator’s own record.

  • Registration number is INH000010362. The INH prefix marks a research analyst, unlike INA for an investment adviser or INP for a portfolio manager.
  • Validity runs from 21 October 2022 and is listed as perpetual. The registration is therefore just under four years old as of October 2026.
  • Address is 410 and 411, 4th Floor, Serene Centrum, Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara 390021. It serves as both the registered and correspondence address.
  • Contact person is Apeksha Bansal, and the listed email is on a free mail service.

You can run the check yourself in a few minutes.

A SEBI IA registration number search lets you enter INH000010362 and compare the name, category, and validity with what is described here.

A SEBI registered company search or a SEBI registered list on the regulator’s own pages does the same job.

Make sure the name on your payment page matches the registered name, which reads Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited.

Registration shows that the entity is permitted to give research.

It does not tell you how good the research is, and it never promises results.

What Does Pride Trading Consultancy Complaints Data Reveal?

Complaint tables show how many grievances reached the firm and what became of them.

The firm publishes a year-by-year table and a month-by-month table, and both are read below with the totals added up again.

The annual table is the clearest place to start. Read the columns as carried forward, received, resolved, and pending.

Financial year

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending
FY 2022-23 0 2 2

0

FY 2023-24

0 12 12 0
FY 2024-25 0 42 38

4

FY 2025-26

4 39 42 1
FY 2026-27 (part year) 1 5 5

1

Adding the received column gives 2 plus 12 plus 42 plus 39 plus 5, which is 100.

The resolved column gives 2 plus 12 plus 38 plus 42 plus 5, which is 99.

The Pending Figure Of Six

The grand total row shows six pending.

That number is the sum of the pending column, and it adds four from FY 2024-25, one from FY 2025-26, and one from FY 2026-27.

Those are year-end snapshots, and the same complaint is counted again each time it is carried forward.

The real figure is 100 received less 99 resolved, which is one pending, and the carry forward of one into the current year agrees.

The Monthly Table

The monthly table covers April 2025 to March 2026. Months without activity are grouped to keep it short.

Month

Carried forward Received Resolved Pending
April 2025 4 13 2

15

May 2025

15 2 17 0
June 2025 0 3 2

July 2025

August 2025 4 2 5

September 2025

December 2025 3 0 3

0

January and February 2026

0 0 0 0
March 2026 0 5 4

The received column adds to 39, which equals the FY 2025-26 figure in the annual table.

How To Read The Numbers?

One hundred complaints in about four years is a large count for a single research analyst.

The disclosure does not say how many clients the firm serves, so you cannot weigh it against size.

April 2025 stands out with 13 received and only two resolved, leaving 15 pending at month-end.

July 2025 shows nine received and four still open.

Most of these were later closed, and the table shows 99 of 100 resolved.

The pace of closing in busy months is the part worth asking about.

Where The Complaints Came From

The latest monthly status shows five complaints received through SEBI’s SCORES platform, all resolved, and none received directly from investors.

Complaints that reach the regulator first can mean the investor did not get an answer from the firm, or simply that they chose that route.

The tables cannot tell which.

The disclosure also does not describe what the complaints were about or how they ended.

How Current The Data Is

The latest month-by-month figures are for March 2026, while the annual table already includes five complaints for FY 2026-27.

The website gives no month-by-month update after March.

SEBI expects complaint data by the 7th of each month. Check the current figures before relying on these.

Should you ever have a grievance of your own, our guide on a SEBI complaint against research analyst shows how such cases usually run, and it helps to know the path before you pay.

As of 14 October 2026, our search of SEBI’s records and news turned up no order against the firm.

Treat that as a snapshot and not a clean certificate.

Pride Trading Consultancy Fees and Plan Prices

The website lists 16 plans in two groups, Professional and Enterprise.

Each plan gives a set number of calls, and the page says a plan stays valid until those calls are used.

The table groups plans that share a price. Read the last column as a rough price per call.

Plan group

Price Calls About per call
Premium Cash, Stock Option, Index Option, Stock Future ₹24,999 each 85

₹294

Premium Index Future

₹74,999 80 ₹938
Premium Bullion, Base Metal, Energy ₹74,999 each 50

₹1,500

Premium Combo Future

₹75,000 125 ₹600
Premium Combo Option ₹1,49,999 125

₹1,200

MCX Combo

₹1,49,000 250 ₹596
Ultra Premium Stock Option, Cash, Index Option, Stock Future ₹74,999 each 50

₹1,500

Swing Option

₹1,78,000 450

₹396

The Fee Limit Question

There is a regulatory ceiling on research fees. It stands at ₹1,51,000 per client per family per year.

The Swing Option plan at ₹1,78,000 is above that figure if ₹1,78,000 is the base fee.

It is close to ₹1,78,180, which equals the cap plus 18 percent GST, so the price may already include GST.

The page does not say, so ask the firm in writing.

Buying More Than One Plan

Plans add up. A client who took Premium Combo Future at ₹75,000 and Premium Combo Option at ₹1,49,999 would pay ₹2,24,999 in total.

If both fall in one year for one family, that would be above the cap.

Keep a running total of all fees paid to any research analyst by your family.

No End Date

The page states a number of calls and no period.

A plan with 450 calls could last weeks or years depending on how fast calls are issued.

Ask for a written end date, how unused calls are treated, and what happens if the firm stops issuing calls.

Fees Outside The Price List

Some reviewers wrote about amounts such as a registration fee or a joining fee, and a profit-sharing arrangement.

None of these appears in the price table we reviewed.

SEBI’s research analyst fee framework is built on a capped fee, so ask the firm to list every amount you would pay, and to confirm that no profit sharing applies.

Items To Get In Writing

Before money leaves your account, get these four answers by email.

  1. The final amount with GST for the plan you want.
  2. The end date, and the treatment of unused calls.
  3. A list of every other fee, including any registration or joining amount.
  4. The payee account name, which should match the registered name.

When a money dispute is still open after the firm has answered, a neutral conciliator on the SMART ODR portal can review the documents with you, so file receipts and replies together.

Pride Trading Consultancy Reviews on Google

Reviews show how people experienced the firm, but they are only a few voices.

Our research notes a Google rating of 2.7 out of 5, and the four written reviews below are the ones in our record.

They are individual opinions that we have not verified, and the firm may dispute them.

We have paraphrased them, left out names of staff and strong wording, and the dates were not recorded.

1. A Reviewer On Early Losses

One reviewer wrote that they agreed to a profit-sharing arrangement and received index option calls.

They said they lost ₹53,000 on the first call and about ₹80,000 in the first week across three calls.

They wrote that they were then asked to invest more, and they referred to an accuracy figure of 95 percent.

Additionally, they asked how to lodge a complaint with SEBI.

2. A Reviewer On A Large Loss

Another reviewer wrote that they paid about ₹2 lakh in joining fees and put in ₹5 lakh more, and said they lost ₹7 lakh in total.

They wrote that they were told the approach was safe and low risk.

We have not verified any of this.

Under SEBI’s rules, advice that describes trading as safe or low risk deserves a written explanation from the firm.

3. A Reviewer On Option Trading

A third reviewer said they were called by a representative, told him they did not want option trading, and were still persuaded.

They said they paid ₹25,000 and lost ₹2 lakh.

They wrote that no stop loss was suggested and that entry points were not given.

They said calls to the firm later went unanswered.

4. A Reviewer On A Registration Fee

A fourth reviewer wrote that they were quoted a ₹2.5 lakh plan after paying a ₹5,900 registration fee.

They said a long call pushed them to pay quickly, and that a request for a demo was not welcomed.

They wrote that they did not buy the plan and that the registration fee was not refunded.

The research notes similar stories on the same page, but we have only looked at these four.

Taken together, the reviews touch on losses, fees outside the price list, and reachability.

Four reviews cannot speak for every client, and they do not describe the quality of the research itself.

Questions to Ask Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited Before You Pay

The points raised so far make a short checklist. Send it by email and keep the replies.

1. What is the total I will pay?

Ask for every amount in rupees, including GST, any registration or joining fee, and any other charge. The price table alone does not show it all.

2. How long does my plan last?

Ask for a written end date and how unused calls are handled. A call-based plan with no date is hard to compare.

3. Can I see sample calls with the reasoning?

Ask for past calls with entry, target, stop loss, and the reason. A research report should explain why, and not only what.

4. Why were so many complaints received in 2024 and 2025?

Ask what the firm learned from the 42 and 39 complaints in those years and what it changed.

5. How are disputes settled?

Find out if any dispute must go to arbitration. If it does, learning how arbitration in share market works first gives you a fair view of the cost and the process.

How To File A Complaint Against Pride Trading Consultancy?

The SEBI listing shows an address in Vadodara and an email address for the contact person.

Use email, and keep every reply, even if you also use the phone.

Write your name, payment reference, the issue, and the result you want, and ask for a reply within a reasonable time.

Dated writing carries more weight than a call.

Give the firm reasonable time to reply first. Your dated emails will show that you tried the direct route before escalating.

When the analyst goes quiet, the regulator’s own platform is where people turn next.

The guide to a SCORES SEBI complaint walks through the attachments and the stages that follow.

Every reply on that portal is worth saving. They become your evidence if you later escalate.

Disclaimer

This blog is based on the firm’s published disclosures and publicly available SEBI records as of 14 October 2026. It does not allege wrongdoing, and the firm is welcome to share its side. User reviews are individual opinions that we have not verified. We could not independently confirm whether plan prices include GST, the content of any agreement, or the reasons behind the reported complaints beyond what the research showed.

Conclusion

Pride Trading Consultancy Private Limited holds a SEBI research analyst registration, and 99 of the 100 complaints it reports are shown as resolved.

The harder part is the volume, the open-ended plans, and the reviews, so your next step is to ask questions before you pay.

Request the final price with GST, a written end date, and a list of every fee.

Keep a total of what your family pays to research analysts in a year.

Check the registration yourself and match the payment account to the registered name.

Treat accuracy figures and talk of safe trades as claims to test, not facts.

Should trouble start after you pay, put the grievance in writing before anything else.

Then escalate step by step and keep every record in one folder.
